Ordered curbside. Tried calling twice so they would bring my food to the car. They didn't answer. I had to find a parking lot, take my 2 year old daughter out of the car, and walk with her in the rain to pick up the food. When I got there, they told me that although the website gives a curbside option, they do not provide curbside delivery at the restaurant. It was the only reason I ordered food from there.

Went there today with my family - server Diamond.Food cold - nasty - served us sliced cheese for shrimp tacos! My son accepted it because well we don't like to make a fuss especially for food service. Google reviews does what needs to be done. Also lied the the mechanical bull didn't work only to allow another family to use it after we left. Tipped $40 bucks and paid the $93 tab. However well will never return and I suggest no one eats at this funky @$$ establishment with the service they currently offer.**I see you took it down the first time so I'm reposting! Make it right- leave me a comment like you did the rest and/or refund my money.

Was ok until we paid the bill. We sat at the bar closest to the bull riding area right at the corner of the bar. My wife and I discussed the tip. I always tip more than her and I did tip average 15%. Signed my Amex card and left it on the counter for the bartender to take away. No reply from the bartender. Nothing. He crinkled up the receipt along with the pen and walked away. What!?! I waited till I got his attention and called him over. I said, “I said thank you for everything you brought to us and you say nothing!?” He said he did say thanks. He did not as my wife confirmed, he then smiled his first smile of the night. Too late buddy. I mentioned this to the hostess when we left, hopefully she will follow through and relay the message to the manager like she said she would. She was very apologetic. Food was good, lots of laughs but bartender needs some people skills. That was part of my wife’s discussion, does he deserve a tip, I’m the type of person who can afford a tip and possibly help this person who could be a student or single dad or whatever. Had a marvelous time at the Ranch. Service was great. Food was good. Place was warm and inviting. Drinks were good too. Heading back tonight!

Service was slow. Our food was decent except for coconut shrimp, but they did comp it for us, so can't really complain about that. It wasn't very crowded, but it took us awhile to get waited on. Flatbread was very good as well as the burgers.

Great Bar service. Good eats. The fried pickles was tasty. Bull Riding is an option for $1 (have to sign a waiver). Nice for family or solo trip. Public parking garage near by. Good for bar hopping.

Today 04/07/2024 me and my family had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cadillac Ranch. The customer service was abysmal from start to finish. The waitress Elise seemed disinterested and unhelpful, the busboys were inattentive rude and rushed us, and to top it off, a man dropped our food on the floor before even reaching our table. Despite the numerous mishaps, there was never really a genuine effort to make things right or offer any sort of discount until after the fact and even that was a issue because it seemed as though the mention of comping the food altogether was a inconvenience for the restaurant owner. Overall, a truly frustrating and unsatisfactory dining experience. Definitely not a good place to dine.Parking: Inside a parking garage.

Very great experience! Ambience and atmosphere was very calm and all staff was very attentive, our server, Israel Rodriguez, had amazing customer service, was very friendly and truly made our experience worthwhile with his attentiveness and genuine care! Food came out hot and timely, and there was no complaints from our party as it was all delicious and an overall great experience. Will definitely be returning in the future!!
