My experience was pretty good but I suggest asking them to repeat your order before paying. When I did, I found that they were going to charge me for extra chicken when I did not order that so just be careful that you are not overpaying for something you did not request or receive. Peace!

The food was delicious. However, the restaurant was filthy. Looks like they didn't clean the store overnight. All of the sodas were out at the machine. There were no forks or napkins, either. I do like this particular location, but I believe they were having staffing issues.

These people profiled me, & didn’t accept my “First Responders badge” for my discount on my bowl. I am a federal employee, & do security under FPS. My badge clearly display FIRST RESPONDER. They lied to me & said it only for county officer??! But doesn’t state that nowhere online!!?

This Chipotle is our usual go-to since it's close to home and the food has always been good. Today we placed an order through the app and our order was horrible. The fajita vegetables were burnt and ruined the taste of the whole bowl. There was minimal cheese and sour cream, we received kids size portions of corn, black beans and chicken. Lastly, the customer service when picking up was not good. Chipotle do better!

The restaurant was very dirty, the same people who made the orders for those who ate in the restaurant were making the orders online and the same person who made the orders was the cashier and he did not change his gloves.

This chipotle in particular doesn't know good potion sizes and would scoop baby size portions that don't fill the spoon ! And have the nerve to charge me for extra because they put a little they need to do better !
