Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with my order. I ordered a Bacon Burger and a Regular Cajun Fries that was pretty offensive. The bacon was burnt to hell. The Cajun Fries were soggy and tasteless. I have been to other locations before, but was the worst experience I ever had. The staff was courteous, but seemed to be overworked. Also, this is not a Five Guys issue, but the parking lot is a nightmare. Overall the quality of the food is not acceptable based on the price that I paid for.

My burger was not good at all or should I say the sandwich in general. I ate meat only and some of the vegetables I did not eat the bread. S43 dollars wasted. The only redeeming thing was the milkshake.

When I first walked in the cashier was talking on her cell phone. The mind-blowing thing is that she continued to talk on her phone as I was standing in front of the register. Not to mention how bad the burger was, I actually paid almost 10 dollars for a sloppy, no seasoning, no taste whopper wannabe! This is the most worst 5 Guys location I've ever visited. The only thing that was good was that the store was clean. I would NEVER COME BACK!! Bad service! Terrible Food!! Ticket #26 1/23/24.

When we walked in we were immediately met with smiles and even though I was just ordering one thing, one of their older employees gave my little sister a free milkshake!!!!!! Thank you sooooo much Five Guys!!!!!!!

I ordered my food tonight and received an email saying my food would be ready in 10 mins. I arrive on time and who appeared to be the manager called several other order names accept mine. After about 30 mins, I politely asked the status of my order and the manager proceed to be upset with me because I did not approach the counter letting them know that I was here even though they could clearly see me in front of them. This is my first time using the online system and some courtesy and politeness would have gone a long way. I will not order food from five guys again and I’m recommending that others find a better establishment. At the end of the day, the manager could have politely explained the system. He did not and was rude which as a customer jolted me and made me defensive.

The man behind the register was really funny and kind. The food was absolutely tasty. I am so full, but I want to keep eating. I wish I'd tipped more. Thank you all. I WILL BE BACK. The strawberry ? shakes are amazing. There were a TON of fries. My BLT was the best...almost as good as my own, LOL. For once, I was told I'd get extra mayo, and I finally got it. I can't wait to go back. I had the two tattoos on my face and a curly out bush. Lol. My stomach is finished but this shake and BLT is too good to stop, until I've had every bite. Love you all. Thank You Guys!

Love the burgers/fries. It's comparable in taste but it beats the competition based on the amount of fries. My only complaint is the wrapping of the burgers in foil-like wrappers. This makes the buns very soft and soggy, especially if you can't eat right away. I understand that it does keep the burgers warm but it sacrifices the texture of the bun and it falls apart much faster. I'm not a fan of wet/mushy bread, simply put.

Their staff was attentive and nice. The staff seemed focused on providing excellent service and food. The food was prepared on time and have been ordered via the Five Guy's web application. Overall, I gave the food a solid B as compared to the Quander Road, Five Guys in Alexandria, which I give an "A" for consistently providing fresh & tasty food.
