We had a wonderful dining experience at this well-known Chinese restaurant in National Harbor some time ago. The restaurant had beautiful decorations with lots of flowers and traditional Chinese objects, as well as a gigantic Buddha statue at the entrance that was impossible to miss. The food was excellent, and we even enjoyed our desserts. The service was decent during our visit to the restaurant on a busy weekend evening. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Sushi was good. Mandarin Shrimp still had shell and vein in it and was overcooked to "chewy". Chicken was ok but I've paid less for better food.

To be frank, this place just misses the mark, as unfortunately so many of the places at National Harbor do. The dishes were relatively bland, the curry was exceptionally thin and the overall experience was just pretty mid

Nice set-up and ambience. Not worth the money for asian food. All food items were bland, Singapore noodles were very salty. Will not come back

The food was great and service was even better! I love the vibe of the restaurant and dim lighting plus the decor is nice. The drinks are good and strong just like I like it lol

The restaurant assistant manager and owner never got back in touch with me and they did not take my concerns serious, so I decided to write a review. My family and I went to this restaurant for a meal. I went in the restaurant feeling fine. I ordered eggplant with brown rice. When we left the restaurant I started not to feel well. I walk a little to see if it would ease up but it didn't. When I got in the car and we were driving I began to vomit all the food up and when I got home it continued along with other things that comes with eating bad food. I was really sick , so my daughter called several times before she was able to speak with someone. My daughter and I were told they would have to do an investigation. I had to go to the doctor because I felt so bad. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard from anyone at this business. Horrible experience!Doctors results:on Wednesday March 27, 2024. The following issue was addressed: Gastroenteritis due totoxin in food.

This restaurant is beautiful inside and the food and drinks delicious. The service was slow and inattentive however, probably because 18% service charge is automatically charged regardless of the size of the party. We spent 2.5 hours here with 2 adults and 2 kids, too long for the amount of food ordered. Next time will look at other dining options in the area.

Food, service ambience excels every single visit here. It's a must visit place to relish seaweed salad and crunchy avacado sushi

Food was great and our waiter was so kind. The red chili oil roll from the chef's special was my favorite thing, wished I lived closer just for this roll. I am not really a sushi person but love it. The sneaky lychee was a bit too sweet but still good. Both rice dishes were what you expect, good. Loved the view by the window, if it wasn't cloudy we would have saw the sunset! Definitely going back!!

The decoration inside the restaurant was extraordinary and nice, but the food, at least what we tried wasn’t anything special and I wouldn’t go back for the food. They were also very busy, took so long to ask for our order and bring the bill.

Honestly, this establishment was just ok and I feel that it was overpriced for what it was. Service was extremely slow and the food was nothing spectacular. I think that you could have a great experience at this establishment, it's decorated well and has a nice flow. The menu, however lacks creativity. Worth a try, a low priority for me to return.

I decided to stop by after work for a quick bite , and let me start off by saying that the restaurant is well decorated! If you want to find an aesthetic place for Instagram this is the spot! I was given water , a hot towel right as soon I was given a table! The service is impeccable and my server Emma was great! She knew the entire menu and drinks , very knowledgeable! As for the food, the portions are really small and the drink ( lychee martini) was not a favorite of mine! I ordered the chicken torgashi which came with a small side of rice! Overall: place is well decorated, service is great , I would just recommend not ordering the lychee martini or the chicken torgashi ! I perhaps picked the wrong food/drink , I'll definitely give it another try!

Wow… what a huge disappointment. I have been to Graces several times POST pandemic (never pre, wasn’t in the area) and have had an amazing experience! Food was amazing, ambiance was amazing, and it justified the bill….With ALL that being said, I was craving some delicious “Asian American cuisine” and decided on Graces for a bite before my Wine tasting event…Arrived at 3pm. The restaurant wasn’t crowded which was nice because they don’t take reservations..My party of 2 was seated wayy in the back at a corner booth table (seemed strange, considering I’ve always been seated in the main part), but it was what it was. Our waitress, Ivy, was pleasant enough. We were hungry so we ordered right away. Chose the General Tsos cauliflower and spring rolls to start. The cauliflower pieces were Extremely LARGE and difficult to eat/cut, especially since they don’t give you a knife. I remember them being smaller in size and more manageable to eat. The flavor was ok, and they weren’t HOT, kinda tastes like they made them before the spring rolls were fried off… the spring rolls only had 3 and they were left whole, can’t remember if this is how they were typically served.. and as far as taste… kinda plain and mushy in the inside. If it weren’t for the sauce…Next, we were kinda rushed with ordering our entrees, the waitress asked about our Entrees BEFORE we even received the Appetizers… ??…My date ordered the small plate of lamb chops and Raved about their Broccoli dish, she remembered it being delicious and served with this brown sauce.I chose the Basic Fried rice, no protein, but there was some confusion about the vegetables, I believe I said I didn’t want to ADD veggies, but how it came was fine. My waitress heard NO VEGGIES, and I received a bowl of FRIED RICE WITH EGG… NO VEGGIES what so ever!! Btw.. the broccoli was no longer this delicious dish, it was literally just large chunks of steamed broccoli with some garlic.I’ll move on the main reason for this LOW review. We were seated in the back, and adjacent to this table where a young lady held an HOUR plus FACETIME CALL ON HER PHONE (with 3 people (my date saw the screen at one point)… her voice was overbearingly LOUD and her topics very inappropriate for a restaurant! We could barely hear each other and enjoy OUR time.We tried to ignore it, HOPING that with each passing minute, the CALL would end! It never did. When we finally couldn’t take it any longer, we informed Ivy, who apologized and confirmed she could hear it as well. She went to inform the Manager. When Andrea, the manager, came over, her response to OUR discomfort was poorly received and handled. She simply said, “i can’t put her out the restaurant, it will cause a scene”… FIRST, How can you ASSUME what the outcome will be before even making an attempt… 2nd, which WE actually SAID, was I’m not asking you to completely remove her, no one said that, but as the Manager of the restaurant, your responsibility is for ALL the guests experience, and you can ASK her to take her call off the restaurant floor so that other guests can enjoy their experience. To which Andrea then DEFLECTED and said She wishes we would have said something earlier and we could have been moved and it looks like they (the other party) is leaving now”.At this point, my date and I were over Her and the entire experience, our dessert had arrived and we said “thank you, that will be all, and we just want to finish our dessert”. Andrea awkwardly stood there and said are you sure. I replied YES.. she stood for another moment and asked again, I STERNLY said, YES, we are fine, you may leave so we can enjoy our dessert. ThanksShe then walked away.Poorest customer service Experience at such a Caliber of a restaurant EVER…. Not sure what has happened, but for a $150 experience.. I Expected Much better, from the food to the ambience to the service. Can’t say I’ll be running to have Graces EVER again…In this day and age, you are only as good as your LAST SERVICE!!!This one has no pictures because I wasn’t even wowed by any of it.
