Awesome atmosphere with lots of games to play. Bocci ball, darts, shuffle board, “bowling” Jenga. The drinks are plentiful and the food is good. Just a great overall place to hang out.

The bartender was great even though last call was around 1130pm and online it states the restaurant closes at 1am not sure about that but anyways and people was still coming in after us and they was making them a drink ?. Around 1230am the manager approach us and told us the restaurant decided to close early and we need to leave ? the manager was Jerry. My wife told him once we finish our drinks we will leave and you close at 1am right? Then it was another situation with another party they was trying to kick out and the manager Marcus was very rude to them and recorded them once they stated them was going to leave a bad review. Then the party and Marcus walked over to us and the party asked us how was our experience and we told them about the other manager who approached us and told us to leave at 1230am. I told Marcus I was going to leave a review. Once I said that,Marcus threatened me and said he is calling security on me ? why me?! ?? ? . When the whole party and Marcus was talking 10mins prior without security. If you hungry and want drinks, looking for a late night spot don't come here go to another establishment or home the managers are terrible and they make up their own rules and treat ?? people bad.

I was charged $31 for sliders, old bay fries and lemonade. The bread was hard and the meat was gross. I will dispute this with my bank.

Big fan of harbor social i love the environment not my first time coming but this was one of the bad experiences i went to the bar with my friends and our server semon m was giving us bad vibes even in the beginning of the service. Seemed like he didnt want to be here and after he took our order it felt like he was nonexistent to the whole party we as a group had to get multiple associates because our server was nowhere to be found and 30 minutes later when were trying to pay i realized that he transferred the check to another server. The food was amazing the kitchen did miss one side for us but other than that no complaints for the food and drinks ive had amazing service in the past just want to let this be known but all i hope is that training could be better or maybe it was just a bad day

Was ignored by the bartender for 30 minutes before we gave up and left.

Service was absolutely awful. We waited 1.5 hours for someone to come to our table. Even after we asked for someone to come, they didn't. We had to ask again and they acted angry that we wanted to order and rushed us. We had to order at the bar a couple of times which was also very slow. Mixed drinks here are very weak.

Sports bar with bacchi ball, short bowling lanes, and pool. Decent selection of beer and cocktails, if you are staying at the gaylord you can get two free drinks.

Imagine the worst airport food but without the urgency among the staff to wait on you because you don't have a plane to catch. Early dementia waiter brought me the wrong drink BUT redeemed himself (thus 2 stars instead of 1) by fetching some tortillas from the kitchen when the "taco" salad appeared as a mound of greens with 2nd-rate guacamole and chicken tenders that rival Kirkland brand for tastelessness. Oh ... and no tortillas.

Food was overpriced, we got a very easy order and it took over an hour and a half to come out. Numerous tables came and went before the two of us got our food, eventually they said there was an issue with the computer that our order never went in when the took it and didn't give us a discount for waiting 2 hours for an order of fries and wings.

Decent food. The menu is limited, focused on sliders, so we ordered a variety of those. They were generally tasty, with the crab cake sliders being the best, but none had a standout unique flavor. We had two flavors of fries. They had a very nice crispy, crusty surface if you're into that kind of thing. Flavor wise there wasn't much difference between the plain fries and the truffle flavored ones though. The service was prompt and helpful. Our party made it complicated by ordering a lot of things. Two mistakes were made: they forgot to bring one beer, and sliders we ordered with sauce on the side came with the sauce inside. Mistakes we pointed out were promptly fixed.

During a visit to the Gaylord for the Music and Games Festival, we found ourselves eating at Harbor Social. Newly renovated to be self-seated, we sat at some open spots at the bar. Menu is simple to understand, and the food decent for being hotel fast bar food faire. We had to grab the attention of the bartender ourselves, which I'm honestly not bothered by - just mentioning it in the event someone waits a long time to be served. They were able to make me a pineapple juice seltzer with lime, which was great! Overall, not a bad experience!

Harbor Social is located on the lower level of Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. This place is modern and spacious with great food & drinks, TVs throughout, and interactive games like duckpin bowling & bocce ball. Since I was staying in the hotel, my key envelope included a voucher for 2 free beers/wine or cocktail of the day. The cocktail of the day was the Lagoon Bay Margarita. I ordered a glass of Rose and Prosecco. Though it was a welcome drink, it was a good pour and it tasted really good. The next night, my coworkers and I went to Harbor Social again and I ordered a glass of the rose. The pour this time was lighter than the night before. My colleagues had their fries and they said it was good.Service was a little slower the second night. They seemed to be pretty busy. Either way, Harbor Social is such a great place to hangout.
