We had a large group from NC. The service was great. The manager was great. The food was great. They were excellent all 49 of us plus the bus driver ate and were out in a little bit more than an hour!!!

Run and staffed by people who don't care about anything except counting the minutes in the clock to see how much they got paid.
The service was extremely slow. We waited close to 25 minutes before flagging a waitress to take our order. After waiting close þo45 minutes, I finally realized there were only 2 waitresses on the floor and just as many kitchen staff and 1 manager. The line at the register had at least 4 families waiting to be seated because no one was at the front to greet them for about 10 minutes. I had to go to the kitchen and ask if anyone was working the register and who's working the floor. When my waitress finally came back out (who wasn't rude at all, just overworked), I asked to cancel my order. I will say that until I flagged her down, she never looked our way, acknowledged or greeted us, despite greeting new ppl 1 -2 tables over.It's one thing to be understaffed, but it's another to leave customers waiting unknowing. I had other things to do, and this took way longer than it should and completely threw off my day. The staff never informed any of us that the service was slow today because they were short-staffed, which would have been the courteous thing to do.

When I got there I was noticed immediately and sat down. The place was kind of busy by my server whose name was KayKay came to the table and told us she was busy and if she could get a second she would be right with us. She got back to us and took our drinks and food. The food was out in 20 minutes or less and considering how busy it was it was perfect timing

submitted my order online 7:12pmI requested curb side pick upI am currently here at the IHOP #2073I pulled up at 7:45pm, the curbside response when I selected I was “here” said the order was on its way out.I waited for 5 min, no one came out, I called and the voicemail picked up. I came into the restaurant waited again, then the host/waitress finally came to the front, I gave her my order name to which she said they are still cooking my order. I am still standing here. There’s no staff but two servers. I will be sure to spread this information about the bad experience. It’s plain old ridiculous for service to be this HORRIBLE.

Very bad service, they didn't let me use my baby stroller and they didn't give me a chair for my baby either, they didn't have baby seats they gave us from the kitchen.

Many people spotted us as soon as we arrived, yet none of them said hello or acknowledged us. They seated us after I made the extra effort to speak with an employee, and it took them roughly twenty minutes. I know it's hectic, but at least thank your patrons and inform us of any updates. Later, an older man was sweeping directly in front of us while pushing a loud cart; another customer also complained, but nothing was done. We requested water when we placed our order, and although our food was brought, we didn't receive it until almost finished—and that was only because we reminded a girl who had passed by.

Only 1 person was working the floor from what I could see. That's why only 2 stars. A black female while I seen bunch of others just sitting. Hispanic and didn't ask if I needed help. Like if you are at work and slow with no customers. Why not ask can I help you. I left out came back in get b done more syrup because only have me 3 peacan and I have 4 stacks of pancakes. Forgetting sauces. It's not evening snowing yet. It's just crazy how people get jobs not to work.
