if I could give you a zero I would I was in your store in Rivertown I placed the order online when I got to the store was not ready. Had to wait for another 40 minutes and then was told my sandwich doesn't have to be picked up until 609 pm meanwhile, I'm standing in the lobby, having a diabetic episode sugars dropped. I'm shaking about to pass out so I had to leave the girl that started to process. My refund didn't know how walked away to get the manager who also had a problem giving me a refund the staff is in. There is full of kids they're young they're rude and they're disrespectful in the mist of my diabetic episode, my mother had come to check my sugar, my blood pressure and all of that giving you all the information asked her to go in to retrieve my refund and the staff was rude and disrespectful to her because she talks in her head moves the little young little light skin little girl is going to ask my mother what's her problem, why she got a move her head while she talking my mother is a grown ass woman, and this was very disrespectful.

Nice staff. Even though they ran out of lettuce, the staff informed the customers ahead of placing order. They gave suggested substitutions for the missing lettuce as well. The whole team was on point to continue good service for missing item.

I would NOT recommend this Oxon hill store if you DO NOT EAT PORK!!! Even if you do. I went to this store for dinner last night. I asked the the server can he clean the slicer because I don't eat pork he acknowledged it but when I went down to next person to get my condiments, I notice he never cleaned it off. So I told the cashier I don't want that because he didn't clean it first. So canceled so cold subs & ask for 3 steak and cheese but once they were done they cut the cheese on the meat slicer!! I said that's cross contamination u not suppose to use the same slicer for and cheese. They looked at like I was wrong. So I just cancelled everything and said I'll never return to this location EVER!! This Oxon Hill location needs new management on the night shift!! I wanted to give them a half of star !!!

Tonight I went here to grab a sandwich. I asked for a veggie sandwich because I don't eat meat. He was making someone else sandwich before mines and asked me what I wanted. Little did I know he started cutting my cheese on the same machine without wiping it down from the previous customer who ordered some kind of sandwich that had turkey and ham. I didn't appreciate him making me feel like it was a big deal for him to have to clean the machine before proceeding to make my sandwich. I didn't want to run the chance of turkey and ham on my cheese and ended up giving the sandwich away...I wish the employees cared more about the needs of those who chose this meatless lifestyle

The staff and manager working on the closing shift of New Years eve was professional and patient even tho it was almost closing time and ppl kept coming in. The manager remained in control of her emotions and the staff followed suit. Thank you, as I was craving a deli sandwich and this was the closest place. I also had a wonderful bowel movement that evening from the fiber of the fresh veggies and vinegars that adorned my sub. I will be back to this location again.

This review is based on customer service experience only (haven't ate my food yet). I visited today (November 8, 2023) Oxon Hill MD location and received the most efficient professional service from Devon/Dayvon. I've also watched this young man provide every customer with the same top notch service. He greeted everyone upon entrance while preparing sandwiches and providing assistance to his teammates. Not sure if he's a manager or team lead but if he isn't, I believe he sets an perfect example of what customer service should be. Shout-out to this young man. (This lady who asked you what's your name). Keep up the great work!
