Staff was friendly. the guy making omelets did his thing and was polite. Erica was awesome form start to finish, she assisted me with a reservation, seated us on arrival, checked on the tables in the restaurant, and even helped clean up and she never stopped smiling. Erica you ROCK and if anyone says different tell them BJ Thompson said so. Would love to come back again and try other menus. View is amazing. complaint-Enjoyed all the food except mac and cheese it tasted like it came out of a box. I suggest that you have more than 2 waffle irons or ones that don't take all day to cook I asked for cheesecake as there wasn't any more on display, and I was told that was all the cheesecake for my "time slot" I did wind up getting it

The view overlooking the harbor was great. We were there for Mother's Day brunch buffet. There was a nice selection of food, but the flavors didn't hit the spot. If regular brunch is less than $50pp I might return for only the view as the ladies liked the ambiance. Why do restaurants charge a 20% gratuity for parties of 6 or more and list it as a service charge and then expect a gratuity after that. The servers only bring you beverages and clear your plates- not full service.

Upon arriving there was no organization. People arriving were being seated prior to the ones that had reservations. Breakfast items could have been more then omelet such as some scrambled eggs because the omelet line was so long that you food would be cold if you waited for an omelet. For the amount paid I was not impressed, definitely could have been better for $320

We had the Chesapeake Omelette and the Bananas Foster French Toast for Brunch. Both were delicious and the service was very good! Would definitely recommend eating here if you are staying at the Westin at National Harbor.

This is a very mediocre restaurant. After asking for water w/o ice for 3 people, we each received a glass filled with ice. When we asked for it to be replaced we got 3 plastic water bottles. The service was very slow, they were out of drinks ingredients for the cocktails we ordered. I had the crab cake sandwich which was tasteless and filled with more bread than crab. And then the waitress brought the bill w/o even asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. The place was almost deserted on a Sat lunch time and now I know why.

Was good. Thought lunch started at 11 not 12 so eggs at 1130 wasn't what i wanted but only option besides oatmeal that was dairy free. Honestly by 11 or1130 when we ordered it should've been lunch

Pros: plenty of seating. We made a reservation, but didn't need it as there was only 1 other table seated. The waterfront view is great! Cons: - slow service from our waiter even though we were the only table he served. Our table ordered the ribs, fried chicken sandwich and burger. Nobody enjoyed their food. Ribs were tender, but the bbq sauce was subpar. Burger was supposed to be medium and it was well done. Chicken sandwiches were fried with a burnt covering/taste and was dried out. We asked for the check and it took about 15 min for it to come. We kept asking, but were never told there was an issue. Bathrooms were not clean at all. Overall I would not return or recommend.

Dinner and breakfast during girls trip to National Harbor DC. SAUCIETY is located on the harbor with a up close and personal view of the Ferris Wheel. Made for a great dinner experience. Sliders were grilled nicely on fresh mini buns with a side of turkey collard greens. Iced martini was sweet and tasty, the mock-tail on the rocks was mixed nicely. The Cajun shrimp was awesome with a delicious crème sauce. Next morning breakfast was also nice. Classic French toast, buttery pancakes with crispy bacon. Egg white omelette needed ketchup but it was a good healthy breakfast with broccoli and creamy smoothies.

The breakfast selections: corned beef hash and crab omelet - were very good. Teshay, our server, was very attentive and pleasant. We were celebrating our sister's 80th birthday so the beautiful (and delicious) huge slice of cake with a birthday candle was a lovely surprise.

Our reservation was at 2:30, last orders are taken at 3:00. I don't recall seeing that but nonetheless, our server was very patient and everyone got what they ordered. We sat for another hour and 1/2. Thanks Sauciety staff we will come back to fully enjoy brunch.

We called ahead to confirm it was pet friendly. The restaurant said it was. Then when we arrived, the manager kicked out our friend who brought their pet. Our table service was great though, our friend getting kicked out just soured the experience.

Food was decent, but frankly IHOP/Denny's level of quality. Home fries were basically unseasoned, so if you just want a crispy potato with no salty, this is your place. Over easy eggs were slightly overcooked, but that's no big thing. Waitress was a ghost. That said, price point was decent. Won't go back for the stellar fare, but the view is amazing.

Reserved for my daughter's birthday dinner. Food was a "B," ambiance a typical hotel lobby feel, service fine, food came out in reasonable time. Overall ok, but would not reserve for a special occasion again.

Good service and food. The place was very clean and quiet ambiance as well. It's a bit pricey, but if you can afford it, then you can't go wrong here. As far as the quality of the food is concerned, I would say it is probably one of the best places in National Harbor.

nice small tables, nice view of the ferris wheel, on this occasion there were no kids or loud parties which was nice. The NY strip was a bit tough and the bread pudding was super mushy. Everything else was good.
