Went twice in two days because of how good the food is. Portion size is good as well. Service lacked a little the second time we went as we had to get our own silverware and napkins versus when we went the first time when they brought those items to our table. But the food is amazing, so we will definitely return.

My family loves Nandos and we were so excited to finally go back for another meal there. When you live out of the country for a long time, you really miss good food!!!The server was so polite and knowledgeable and made our visit very nice.Not giving 5 stars because the chicken was not fully cooked on some parts near the bone. I hate complaining at restaurants and was just disappointed that we were served chicken that wasn’t ready.The food was great and I was excited to buy some sauce to bring back home to Germany!

I know she saw me, she looked at me before she walked off. I waited for a bit but no one came to take my order. When I asked for a manager, the manager was rude. Manager told me that the person who takes the order went on break. The person claiming to be the manager looked more like a person who works in the kitchen.

Was visiting National Harbor and discovered this amazing place. The chicken was cooked to perfection….very moist and delicious. I love the fact that they give you the option of how spicy you would like your chicken. I had the medium and it had a nice little kick but nothing too overpowering. If you’re in the National Harbor area give them a try I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Our chicken was very dry and the sauces were more vinegar-based than creamy. Both of these factors are probably authentic to the cuisine, but not our preferences.

Our first time dining here. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The food was very good.
My family and I were having an amazing experience right up until we were wrapping up to leave. After taking a stroll at the harbor, we dined in and ate and had drinks. As we’re about to leave, my mom & I went to use the restroom and we were stopped by a male staff who said the restrooms were closed. We were so confused and after asking for an explanation, all he said is that the bathrooms are closed off for the night (both m/f). A female employee then came out of one of the bathrooms and she said the same thing. They were saying that the tour bus kids came in and messed the restrooms up. We needed to go so bad that we even asked “how messy is it?” It was desperation at that point. They said someone is cleaning the male bathrooms right now, so I asked if we can just wait to use that one & the answer was still no. Why serve drinks if there’s no restroom to outlet? I even went to the host and she was even worse in tone saying that the bathrooms are closed and they’re not gonna be re-opened. I just walked off because I couldn’t believe that they didn’t even make an effort to be accommodating. They told us to go to the CVS across the street (which we did) and of course, they DID NOT have restrooms. As a supervisor of a business that’s customer experience focused, I was totally let down by the fact that they did not even try. Do better. The food & atmosphere here is great & the 2-stars for service was solely for the young lady that attended to us, delivering our food & drinks.

Yummy quick service lunch for us while visiting National Harbor. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Order at the counter or at your table using the QR code. Food came out fairly quickly and was fresh and flavorful. I got the chicken caesar wrap with fries and hubby got the chicken breast rainbow bowl. Portions were reasonable and not too large. The self serve sauces are very flavored and delicious ? Would recommend for a quick lunch or dinner. Dining room was clean and maintained and staff was moving around clearing plates and wiping tables.

I so missed Nando's. We have them in Australia and don't have any on the west coast so I was surprised to see this one here. Ordered inline for takeaway. They kept asking for what my order was as I was waiting for a long time. I finally asked if it was coming soon and she went and checked and said yes. It was another 5 or so minutes, so like 35 or so minutes waiting. Chicken and chips -hot sauce delicious! Halloumi, normally really good, this time was just ok Naughty natas - never tried before, very greasy and overpowering with the cinnamon, not crispy just soggy greasy. The pineapple lemonade is awesome and so refreshing!
