I arrived at the store and the security guard asked me if I was picking up an order, I told him yes I'm picking up an order. He told me that they're out of fries. So I checked with the employees and asked if that was so. They affirm that they were out of fries and the security guard walked away mad because I didn't take his word for it. Waiting for my order I asked the security guard how his evening was going and he told me "don't talk to me, you didn't want to listen to me before."... I hurt the security guard's feelings that night, but as I left I told him to. Have a good evening and God bless him.

I spent $31.03 for lunch. It was two of us. My sister was told that they would give refills on our drinks but when I approached him about it, he refused and walked away. He also never asked me if I still wanted a drink. No respect! I’m retired and it makes a difference where I spend my money!

Perfect stop at anytime. We stopped for breakfast in NC. We came back a week later and stopped in Ashland, VA for a late lunch. Today was my stop in Oxon Hill and the team was great. I ordered through my mobile and it was right on time. Great staff.

So yesterday I made an online order for pick and let me tell you how slow and bad customer service was I had order my food like 20 minutes and when I got to the restaurant my food wasn’t still ready and finally after waiting for a long time I got my food they but they had forgot my fries , the beans with rice were expired come on Popeyes y’all can do better the staff there right now ain’t it either.

Oooh child smh the customer service here is non existent. The heavy set woman and the tall thin younger male employees attitudes are the worst. Theres an older guy who has a great attitude but I've only seen him once. They never have Cajun sparkle and they never give you napkins with mobile orders. They get an attitude when you ask for either lol smh. Like just call out and don't go to work if you hate it so much.
