Y'all got a real gem in Coretha! She handled the rush and steadiness during the Commanders draft day like a champ! She was cool, calm and provided great customer service. I will come back to this location just because of her.

This was my first time trying a sub from Promo Hoagies. This sandwich was fresh, the bread was perfectly baked. Very tasty. I would highly recommend.

The deli meat is freshly cut, veggie toppings were plentiful and fresh and the sub roll is THE BEST hoagie roll ever. Chewy deliciousness. The kids had a simple ham and cheese the first day that was so good, we came back for an Italian hoagie the next day. The icing on the cake though was the customer service from Coretha. Be prepared to be entertained. She will wake you up with her kindness and humor after a long day of sitting inside the convention center.

You can wrong with anything on their menu. The prices are reasonable since they aren't stingy with making their Subs. They also have sides you can chose from that are a good size for one or more. And the customer service is great. Never had any issues with whatever I've ordered. If you eat inside, they have a few tables for that as well, or just walk down to water if you're at the harbor.

Subs were AMAZING! Went back a second time and the consistency of a quality product still remained. The Customer service from Team member Karetha (Hope i spelled it correctly) was exceptional! So happy i stumbled on this sandwich shop , is now a favorite sub shop of mine!
