Went to order a sandwich and received the nastiest customer service from the female Spanish worker, this store has spanish female workers only - who don't know how to serve and pop off at the mouth when they are the ones that don't speak English. I Had to to leave my sandwich because the Spanish chick was making my sandwich hasty with a bad vibe. It's not surprising if this store closes. Wrong people running it.

This hood store has the nastiest employees, the little arrogant man charged me an extra dollar for spinach because I ask to have everything on my sandwich. When I asked was this something new, he said yes for you today ONLY FOR NOW ONE DOLLAR EXTRA. He needs to mindful of whom he speaks to like this. Someone may not accept this and then "HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM". I'll keep my distance from this store from January 20, 2024 forward, and let others know about what happened to me there. Totally unprofessional. Filed a complaint with corporate too.

I placed and order on the subway app from this subway location last night on the subway app that I never received.The driver took a picture of the back of my building with no food in site and marked the order as delivered at 6:35p.m. I contacted the store and spoke with a woman who said her name was Ester. I explained to Ester that I ordered food from the subway app for delivery from her store location but didn't receive it and that the driver marked the order as delivered and took a picture of the building with no food in site. I informed Ester that I spoke to door dash and door dash informed me that they didn't have the option to provide a refund because the order was placed on the subway app and to contact the merchant. Ester informed me that because the driver picked up the sandwich subway is no longer responsible and to contact doordash for a refund. I asked Ester for a customer service number for Subway Ester informed me that subway didn't have customer service. I went into the location physically today to re explain the situation after speaking too doordash again and them telling me the same thing, Asking Ester for a refund or the sandwich Ester said subway not responsible even though I ordered through the subway app and she couldn't help me. I left attempted with doordash for help but no luck same results. I called the store Ester answered I asked for the manager Ester informed me the manager was on vacation and would return in 3 weeks. Ester told me the managers name was AJ and if I wanted help I had to come back in 3 weeks to talk to AJ her Manager. Money was taken off card for food I didn't receive. OVERALL poor customer service at this location. Don't waste your money or time. I love eating from Subway but I'll never spend money at this location again. The 5119 Indian head hwy location in Oxon Hill 20747 location is horrible.

These people overcharged you for your food, my son got sick and had to go to the hospital. They Just don't respect their customers........... I ended up spending $20 for a sub with extra meat it was a BMT with ham.....

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered delivery and ended up getting the exact opposite of what I ordered. I got chipotle instead of subway so I called the subway from where my order was made and the guy straight up yelled at me saying it wasn't their problem. He didn't even try to help me.
