I love sweet frogs and I’ve been to so many locations. This location is very disappointing. They only have about seven flavors and you aren’t even allowed to put your own toppings on. Their toppings are also very limited and the staff all look like they hate being there. It puts a damper on my experience. Will not be coming back. They also do not have a bathroom at all.

We were in the area and the kids wanted to stop by. This place is different from other places....they still have COVID precautions in place. The workers added the toppings for us and that was the process. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The space was public restroom level disgusting. Not only were the floors and counters filthy, but there was trash overflowing from the trash cans, near the register, and on the floor. The staff were lounging behind the counter and no one bothered to lift a finger to clean. I went in and bought the frozen yogurt only because I had promised my little one we'd go there and everything else was closed. I was praying we didn't have food poisoning. One star because the yogurt tasted good and they had a pretty big selection of toppings.

The cashier there is rude and not customer service oriented. The first time i went their to get some yogurt she was sitting behind the counter on a counter on her phone when she got off i did not like her disposition when i ask her a question so i left that was in the summer just passed. The second time was Feburary 7th 2022 at 1400 hrs, the door was locked she was during something did not acknowledge me after i knock on the door several times. She could at least came to the door and told me something. i will not be going back there.

Close this location down. Most toppings are old and stale. Some of the yogurt flavors taste spoiled (cheesecake and cake batter). I visited last Friday, November 26th and I will not return again.
