This review is related to the Taco Bell, Livingston Square, Fort Washington. This newly opened location failed to advertise on drive thru or inside menu prices the upcharges if a protein other than beef is ordered for a no. of its offerings, e.g. $1 more for chicken per taco supreme & others. Then only after you proceed to pay do you get this upcharge which costs can add up over time, especially with large orders. Give the customer full disclosure upfront

The lady at the drive thru was nice but the order was completely wrong. The food was okay but had it been correct it may have been better. The drive thru and parking lot was very narrow and small.

Reviews had me scared to order but I was craving tacos. Remind you I haven't had fast food tacos in a minute, I usually order pink taco. But anyway i ordered Uber eats at like 11:30 pm nd my food came quick and fixed my craving. Food was portioned good nd deff brought me back to highschool memories

I went to the Taco Bell in Oxon Hill MD on Saturday and the employees saw me standing there to place my order instead of saying they weren’t taking orders at the register they allowed me to stand there for several moments until the nice young man making the tacos asked was I picking up an order. The female working the drive never acknowledged my presence. She was putting cups up and doing other things even after giving me eye contact . Rude and food was made poorly. If it wasn’t for the young man I would’ve given no stars.
I am giving this location 1 star because the staff is friendly and they are clean. This location is new and conveniently placed in the new shopping complex. Unfortunately they have NO quality control for how they prepare their food. Whether you order in the store or order online, it is likely your order will be incorrect. This can be dangerous if you have an allergy. I placed a lunch order using the Taco Bell app and it delivered to me from the next town over 20 miles away, on top of that the bag and drink order was unsealed, and the order was completely incorrect. In pure frustration I drove 20 miles back to the store to rectify the situation with the store owner and the store manager. They gave a bunch of excuses of how the store is not prepared to handle online orders, and re-offered to make my tacos. And can you believe it? They remade them incorrectly again. By this point, all I could ask for was a refund, but they quickly denied my request, informing me to take it up with the app and corporate. I then asked, if they could at least offer credit so I could take my Taco Bell business elsewhere, but they claim they could only provide a credit and wrote it on the back of a hiring flyer for their store...So much to my dismay, I went home hungry and $25 less in my wallet. This was the worst experience I've ever had even for a fast food chain. I vote NO, drive to the next one...enjoy good people!

Straight up moss...on my taco. I ordered 3 Taco Supremes with no sour cream & 3 Dorito Supremes with no sour cream. I was eating the tacos and then when I went to open this one, I saw the modly moss on this taco. Disgusting & disrespectful.

Well, it's no longer 4oz of meat it now 2 but at the same price.and the worst customer service ? ? ? I walk out after the cashier rolled her eyes and suck her teeth,I just decided that this is not worth me spending $30 for our fun night meal.im tried of paying out money ,and not getting quality food.all fast food has 4oz of meat.
