Ordered the detox smoothie but substituted the mango for extra Pineapple last night. It tasted like watered kale, I brought it back in this morning, the guy at the register assured me that it didn't come from their store because he worked lastnight, aeven though the label was still on it and showed otherwise. He pulled off the label and proceeded to remake my smoothie. SN: An interview was taking place when I arrived and the interviewer was wearing a bonnet. How are you conducting an interview wearing a bonnet?? It told me everything I needed to know about this location smh. The gentleman finished making me my drink and had me taste it and I immediately realized he did not know how to make my drink and that was his best. I took the drink and left, I will not be coming back to this location.

Bad customer service, employees made a mistake on my order and charged me for more than what I ordered. When I brought it to the manager, he tried to tell me at least I'm getting my food did not seem interested in fixing their mistake. I chose not to argue with this guy over 5 dollars but am not coming back to this location.

So yummy! They didn't have blueberries, but that's okay. This was my first time at tropical smoothie and the food was really good. My friends got smoothies and they loved them. So thick and hearty! The servers were also really nice!

Admittedly, I only got a smoothie and it was free thanks to my cellular phone service perks. The staff were super cool and polite. I left to run another errand and my smoothie was ready when I returned. They were out of some stuff (like strawberries), but it was stuff that I'm either allergic to, or not a part of my smoothie order soooooooo not taking away anything for that. Store seemed pretty clean, but also same weird set up of the other small footprint stores within this strip mall - not much seating, but for things that opened on the heels of covid, Is seating really necessary? There could be more cold storage for pickups or those who run errands instead of waiting (like me) AND of course I would love to have something to eat (not just drink) but a franchisee isn't responsible for (or able to adjust) the menu and I can't currently eat salads, so hopefully they're listening on the corporate level... get some gluten free wrap/flat bread options

This location has improved tremendously as it relates to customer service and the timeliness of the orders. I've placed an order at least 3-5 times this month and the order was actually ready. Not sure what you guys are doing, but THANK YOU!! The store is always clean and my family enjoy the food. The smoothies are really good now.

The location is really convenient. The plaza that the store is located in could be kept up better but that's not 100% the fault of the business. I wasn't happy that my order wasn't ready when I requested, especially since I order my drinks 30 minutes prior. The young ladies working were apologetic and professional. I'll definitely give this location another chance. #HappyDrinking

This is the worst location ever. I've stopped going there about a year ago then I started going back because I love the island green detox. The customer service is really terrible. Not to mention they do not know how to make a smoothie. My smoothie was so watery. I had to take it back , and that happened more than once more than twice and I cannot believe I will still go in there . There is only two particular people there actually three that really knows how to make the Smoothie the others then the training they need to fire that whole crew and just rehire people and retrain them on how to make smoothies. I'm sorry it's not even worth it. That business is gonna go down in the drain because of their attitude. Their lack of knowledge on how to make real Smoothie on top of other things it's crazy I'm not going back there anymore. I'm done .I don't usually complain, but I had to take that Smoothie back. I was very upset because their customer service is very nasty, very unpleasant, and they are not professional at all and not to mention they do not know how to make the smoothie, the smoothie is watery, they need to know how to blend the ingredients together so that when you get the smoothie, it drinks smooth like a smoothie and not like water, it's terrible, and what make it worst, is that they have a nasty attitude towards customers. Please don't go there try to go to the one in Capitol Heights they are very friendly. Their customer service is great. The only reason why I went to this one is because they're a little closer to me, the one in Capital Heights is great and they know how to make the real good smoothie, they make it the way that you want it. Please avoid going here they are terrible. No wonder their ratings are so low, I try to give them a second chance, but it's not even worth my time and my money, I go there every day after work for my Island green detox, I'd rather drive an extra mile to the other one up the street at Capital Heights. THEY NEED SERIOUS TRAINING!!!

Best tropical smoothie in Southern Prince George’s County. Go there after my workouts and the smoothie is always perfect. THEY MAKE THE BEST WRAPS out of all the Tropical Smoothie’s. I go there about 2-3 days a week. The manager is phenomenal.

This has to be the worst location ever SMH. To pay $12 for a smoothie (detox island green, double whey, + collagen) that is literally undrinkable due to consistency and big chunks from poor attention to blending is TERRIBLE! Y'all really need to do better. I only have this problem at this location. I came on a Thursday morning, only 1 other customer. Wasn't busy. I rarely ever make bad reviews but this is the THIRD time DAMN.

I appreciate one of the associates cleaning the store and tables with a clean rag and hot sanitation solution i...rare to see people really cleaning stores now a days. The store smelt clean and looked very clean
