a girlfriend and I dined here before a concert at MGM. While we loved the food, I guess we lingered around too long after our meal socializing. To our surprise, a hostess (after walking by our table several times) asked us to finish our conversation in the lounge area of the restaurant. Who doesnt talk after dinner? Totally unexpected. I will not return.Parking: easy to park and get out with ease.

A lovely place to celebrate a birthday or anything else, or just because. The wagyu and brussel sprouts were delicious, finished with a birthday treat light and fluffy mango popsicle dessert, also a sweet delicious surprise. I will definitely dine here again. Our server only checked on us once, yet the place was not crowded on a Friday night in late January, so 4 stars for that.

This place has great food, ambience, and service, but I wouldn't recommend going before a show at MGM unless you book two hours in advance of the show. It's just too hectic and not worth the worry of whether you're going to make the show in time. Grab a bite in the casino or somewhere else. Or just go on a non-show day.

Went for a post Valentine's Day dinner and reservations were easy to make followed with us being shown to our table almost immediately after checking (most places aren't that quick in my experience). The ambiance is really lovely and very calming, although if you have trouble seeing in darker atmospheres prepare yourself or ask to be seated in one of the brighter rooms. They were also well prepared on dietary restrictions for my wife (pregnant). The customer service from the entire waitstaff was also very good. Food was excellent, you really can't beat well cooked steak. The bone marrow was interesting for a first time experience. Oddly enough the cornbread and crab cake appetizers were my biggest highlights.

We dined here prior to a show and was so thrilled with the staff, food, service. The overall ambience of the restaurant was cozy and elegant. The food and presentation was spectacular. Definitely coming back!

I brought a friend from New Jersey to the restaurant last Thursday at 6:45pm, it was our first time there. The hostess let us know that we needed a reservation and the next available it would be at 7:30pm, my friend and I were willing to wait until that time at the restaurant bar like she told us that we could do so she asked my friend his name and phone number, after 45 minutes waiting enjoying our drinks on my way to the restrooms I decided to ask the hostess about out table because it was 7:45 and she answered me that she thought or understood that we wanted to have dinner at the bar and I told her that it will be possible that she could find us a table due to her misunderstood because my friend was disappointed about the wait and he wanted to leave so the lady never apologize to my friend and let him know about her mistake and we have to leave. But in these case the employee should talk to the manager and bring us a better service. It was a bad first impression of the restaurant about the people who does not know how to bring a great customer service.

Wow, where do I start. It was the evening of Valentine’s Day 2024. I had left a show and wanted to see if I could squeeze myself in for a steak and a nightcap. It was a little after 9:00 pm so I knew I’d be pushing it but thought I would try anyway. When I arrived, the hostess was greeting female customers with a stem rose (which I did not get btw). Jovially I said I wanted to grab and steak and a night cap and asked her was seating around the bar open and she very snobbishly said “the bar is open seating sooo”, I looked at her astonished by her tone(another patron attested to this hostess’s tone as well). I get to the bar and after sitting for several minutes, I was not greeted so I had to ask the young man for a menu. Knowing it was late, I asked the young man was it too late to order and he replied “you have to order in 10 minutes “ and walked away; almost 5 of the 10 minutes goes by and I asked him back over and said I would like to order. I gave my order for a 9 oz. filet mignon medium well at approximately 9:20pm, at approximately 9:50pm my ordered hadn’t arrived and I asked the young man about my order and stated does it typically take this long for filet medium well, and he snobbishly and curtly replied “if you’re cooking it on a wood fire grill it would”. Meanwhile, it was approximately 9:55 pm and my food hadn’t arrived while other patrons were getting their meals fairly timely. I asked for the manager and the manager Jordon greeted me. I told him about hostess issue as well as addressing why my order was taking as long as it was and he covered the issue with excuses instead of accountability which was and resolution, meanwhile it is after 10:00 pm. At this point I was irritated and told the young man I don’t want the order and left.Positive customer interactions are key and unfortunately this was not the case here. Truly disappointing.

| - Dine In Review - | Food. Main event for me and frankly, the main reason to come to the Steakhouse! The dry aged steaks just have this nutty and umami-based flavor you can't get elsewhere. Try the Brussel Sprouts as a delicious side. See which trio steak sauce is your favorite - I favor the Béarnaise. Service. My girl friend and I enjoyed the service and felt like our main waiter and our additional waiter knew the tempo pretty well - we enjoyed food and drinks for about 2 hours- but never once felt rushed. Vibe + Space. Sat in the dining area closest to bar; I loved the cozy, feeling-like-I'm in a comfortable yet swanky living room. A word of caution that the smaller tables can get crowded if you order a la carte sides. Note that Parking is free in the casino.

I really want to like this restaurant as we hold many corporate dinners here. But each time we go, it seems to get worse and worse. The steaks are always good, but the sides are hit or miss; which to me is a big part of the meal! Our last visit, we ordered the Mac and cheese, which honestly has no business being called such. Get ready for dry noodles with some areas having a tasteless, bland sauce. No salt and zero flavor! Out of the box is better...check out the photo. We also had a couple other issues with our last dinner, and the manager didn't even offer to give us free dessert or round of drinks. Next time we are just going to the Italian restaurant!

Went here for Valentine's Day. Service was quick, polite, and effective. The dining room was spacious and felt really comfortable. We ordered the 7 oz filet, 10 oz Wagyu, and the set of 3 sides (steak fries, asparagus, and the macaroni and cheese). It was all so delicious! The best steaks of our lives. We also got free bread, not sure if that was a mistake but we enjoyed the buttery goodness of it all.

I had a fantastic 41st birthday dinner here. Shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, bone in ribeye, and spiced cake were all incredible. The staff was attentive and so nice. This really was a great experience worth every penny.

The saving grace of my day after losing big at the slots. Located at the MGM on the National Harbor, the Voltaggio Brothers provide a sanctuary nestled within the casino chaos. We stopped in for some drinks and apps and it was perfect. Make sure you get the rolls, they had a honey/sea salt glaze and knob of butter, I could live off them. The Wedge salad was its own song and dance. Forecast : Gorgonzola Snow, half inch and rising. Lastly, we had the tuna, I forgot to take a picture but it was well above average. The bar area was so relaxing and laid back, reminded me of a speakeasy/library hybrid. If you're in the area I 100% recommend. Just stay away from those roulette tables down the hall.

This place was extremely underwhelming. After becoming a huge fan of Michael and Bryan Voltaggio I was ecstatic to come and experience the culinary genius of an iron chef. After tasting the food at this restaurant I was highly disappointed. We had the grouper and branzino with (creamed) spinach and Mac and Cheese. The grouper and branzino entrees were about a 7/10 they weren't bad they just were not anything exceptional. I expected more of a flavor profile from a restaurant of this stature. The sides were absolutely lacking in flavor and nothing I expected from a fine dining restaurant. The Mac and cheese was very bland the cheese sauce was very runny almost soupy and extremely lacking in flavor. It was also lacking the salt content as if it needed more cheese in the roux which would've also thickened up the cheese sauce. The creamed spinach was just as underwhelming. The creamed (cheese) part was not incorporated into the dish it was just sitting on top therefore the ratio of creaminess to spinach was unbalanced. Also the spinach itself was lacking in seasoning. Very bland. Apart from the food itself. The dining experience itself was also very underwhelming. The experience was one you'd expect from a modest restaurant. There was no ambiance of being in a fine dining establishment. No spiel on restaurant itself, the brothers, special menu items or anything. Overall this was a very disappointing outing.

Every time I visit MGM I have a steak at the bar of Voltaggio. The steaks are always cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding, I had the best bar tender this visit. I wish I remembered his name. He wore glasses and has been employed since the business opened 7 years ago! I had the bone-in-ribeye. It was cooked to perfection. The bar has a great selection of bourbons and whiskeys, but could use an upgrade on their tequilas. The restaurant has their own restrooms which were very clean. I look forward to my next visit already.
