Ordered food from their online menu. Payment options included PayPal. Paid 132.00 for the food for pickup. When we got there they were closed at 3pm. Just now I called to tell them what happened and I needed my money back. I was calm when explaining. The woman on the phone was hysterical and I could not understand what she was saying except that it was not her fault and was not going to give me my money back!!!!!!

Ordered from here and was pleased with everything. It all arrived hot & the order was correct, and the food was very good. Ingredients tasted fresh. They even marked which egg roll was which. They had a large menu, with Japanese selections as well. I ordered moo shu chicken and broccoli with brown sauce; really appreciate that they have vegetable dishes on the menu. Huge portions. Will definitely make this my neighborhood go-to for American Chinese. Only tried a California roll, not any of the other sushi, so can't speak to that.

Ordered large lobster fried rice with extra onions along with fried shrimp. Repeated my order 3 times. Get home it's just fried rice and onions along with the shrimp. I return the fried rice to get the lobster fried rice. They refuse to give me a discount for my inconvenience. I'm just supposed to drive back and pay full price. Bad business. Got my money back never to return. ? ? ?
