We got there at 725 pm, all of the topping were put away and the place looked closed down, we were hesitant to start getting yogurt as we felt like nobody was there. Finally a young guy came out of the back and I asked if they mochi, he went to the back and got it, the mochi tasted stale, old, and tasteless. I paid $17 for two half empty cups, way too expensive for no reason. All of the tables were put away so we asked him if we could sit down he said yes, 6 minutes pass so at this point it's about 740 pm he comes up to us snd tells us they are closed, we said don't you close at 8 pm? He said we're just closed you needto go, then he shuts the light off on us. I have never felt so unwanted at a business establishment in my life, any they hire these young kids who don't want to work snd close the shop down early. I would not reccomend this business to anyone, just bad business.

I used to love this place but every time I've been in here recently it hasn't been a good experience. One of the cashiers that works there is constantly on her phone and pays no attention to you. The second to last time I went she told us "just come stand at hallway right here and let me know when you're ready to pay". My boyfriend said we were ready three times and then had to go to the door of the room she was sitting in to tell her. She was sitting on her phone with the back towards us. Tonight we went in and there were 5 children and a mom in the building. None of the family had gloves on while touching the machines. One of the children was CRAWLING on the counter were the toppings were. Most of the family members didn't have masks on either. The same worker that was there the last time was there again tonight. She did not even look up at the family until they were in front of her. It was extremely uncomfortable this worker allowed a child to crawl all over the toppings counter and said nothing. It showed they aren't taking proper sanitary actions considering nothing was wiped down when they didn't use gloves, the mom was coughing everywhere, and the child was crawling on the counter. There used to be a gentleman that worked here that said "have a smiley day" every single time I saw him. He was so respectful and he got a tip from me every time I was in there. HE is the reason for the two stars. I don't think I'll be back to this location unless something changes. Yuck.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m assuming the older man is the owner as other customers i spoke to said he was, and he just stands their doing nothing, while everything isn’t filled up!!. but besides that :( the place is ok I love seeing the other employees they are so kind, and hard workers still shocked they fill up all those containers!!the froyo ehh it’s ok. Try and use less plastic save the turtles?

Plenty of selections for froyo. An insane amount of toppings. Employee also let me try a flavor I wasnt sure about even though they dont offer samples due to COVID

if I could give zero I would..told the girl I wanted hot fudge because it was out..she said I'd fill it, but I'd have to clean it first..and continued blabbering to her workmate behind the counter..When I came to pay at the counter I told the girl your not busy you should fill the hot fudge..she eyeballed me like a thug..when I left they said have a nice day very loud and abusive..I said back I would fire you..they both said..please please fire us..get these people out if your store..they are the worst for business.

PLEASE GIVE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO PUT A LID ON THEIR ICE CREAM BEFORE BEING WEIGHED!!! Here's what happens: You go in, you're required to sanitize hands & wear gloves due to covid. Awesome! Then you get your toppings, which are now in little cups so people can't breath all over the toppings. Great! THEN YOU HAVE TO PLACE YOUR OPEN CONTAINER RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SEATED CASHIER'S *UNMASKED FACED* WHILE THEY'RE TALKING AND LAUGHING AND COUGHING ALL OVER THE ICECREAM! I tried to grab a lid before placing my item on the scale, and the person gave me a dirty look and told me not to get one yet. I don't care if I have to pay the extra 25 cents, I don't want your employees breathing on my stuff, especially because they all pull their masks down!

They charge by ounces in weight. Not volume. VERY VERY OVER PRICED. I paid $6 for half a medium size bowl of yogurt with NOTHING on it. Cold Stone needs to put a location out here. This company is a ripoff. They are in the wrong area for those prices. I will say the Strawberry Sorbet is good. But too expensive for my blood.

This location has horrible customer service. First the lady went into the back to get the coworker to come out and help. Then the coworker had an attitude and did not even ask what toppings we want. By the time we received our frozen yogurt it was melted and she continued to have a horrible attitude. Never coming back would rather go somewhere cheaper with nicer people.

Dont even bother going here during "quarentine." You cannot make your own froyo nor can you read the signs to see what flavors are sugar free, low fat, etc etc. The girl working behind the counter did not say anything other than welcome to Menchies when we entered and did not explain anything. She put gloves on and stood there and I finally had to ask "so do you make it for us?" The ine and only flavor we wanted they were out of. I dont understand how this is a feasible option --having someone make it for you--when it is all weight based. They dont know how much of each flavor or how much toppings to put on. They should just be closed for now. There are no directions for anything in the store. I dont understand how I can make my own coffee/soda at a restaurant or gas station but cant make my own froyo at Menchies! Staff needs better training!

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the new COVID protocols. Highly dislike the associates making the cups. We paid double because of how they fill it to the brim.

What they have going on doesn’t work for me... they give you as much as the want... and it’s a hit or miss on the toppings...

Doug Wittich

I like that they always have two "no sugar added" options.
