Without exaggeration this will be the 10th time I have placed my order through the app before arriving and the cafe is closed, resulting in drive thru only. Good coffee and good people, but fed up with this scenario.If your cafe is closed for pick up, you need to stop mobile orders. Two main issues, some people walk up and get stuck outside because they can’t do drive thru and then this location won’t answer the phone, second your drive thru is really really slow. Timed it now a few times, and it adds between 8-18 minutes to my trip to get coffee.Don’t allow mobile order if I can’t pick it up without waiting behind 15 people ordering just now.

This was the WORST starbucks ever. We got a Iced Caramel macchiato skinny Venti size, the girl had it as a hot brew and she empty the cup out which was the wrong cup anyway since it was a plastic cup and then reused the same exact cup for an ice coffee. I watch her do the same thing with two Frappuccinos. No one wear gloves their either and they are touch the lids with their hands. Once we finally got our coffee it has no Carmel in it and I highly doubt it was a skinny. Do not go to this Starbucks.

Coffees were good but this location suffers from a terrible location, you are better off waiting in line for the drive through instead of parking and walking inside because you can’t back in to any of the spots and backing out once you’ve got your stuff is super dangerous, just wait in line for the drive through it’s way safer. Or you can park in the hotel parking next to the Starbucks and walk over if you don’t want to wait

Very efficient staff. Parking is at a premium. Nice atmosphere and wonderfully quiet. Small space but, cozy.

This location randomly decided to only service customers through the drive through. That is very inconvenient and rude of them to do that. There are those of us who don’t drive and are unable to use the drive through. Then they have the nerve to not answer the phone and even take the phone off the hook. That is very unprofessional ??

A Friday afternoon around 12:45, I ordered off the mobile app and was hoping to stop, pick up my order quickly, and scarf down my coffee and bagel on the way to my next meeting. I parked and a sign on the door said "cafe closed. Drive thru open." Well there's 10 cars in the drive thru line and I already placed my order, so no options for a refund. I went and knocked on the window near an employee wiping down a nearby table. She kept pointing to the sign on the door and wouldn't open the door so I could just ask for my mobile order or at least get a refund. The other baristas kept throwing up their hands and motioning to the sign. Finally a barista came and spoke to me. I told her if the cafe is closed, they should turn off the mobile order because by the time someone gets through the drive thru, their order will be cold and gross. She said they have to get the district manager's approval to turn off the mobile ordering, and he told them to leave it on. Wow, imagine that. She told me she wouldn't give me a refund until the cafe was open again. She did finally give me my mobile order through the crack she made in the door. I don't understand why they closed off the inside on a Friday afternoon with no way to have customers pick up a mobile order other than waiting more than 10 mins (probably longer) in the drive thru. I'm so disappointed by my experience and the lack of customer service.

When I came here, they didn’t have anything I wanted really. My boyfriend didn’t like his coffee even asking for things so he could use to make it the way he wanted. My coffee had the flavored syrup at the bottom and I couldn’t stir it. They didn’t even give us a pup cup for my puppy which isn’t a deal breaker but very disappointing. Won’t be coming here again, but given the area I should’ve known better.

Quite disappointed that I cannot get de-caf iced coffee at store at Joppa Rd and Loch Raven Blvd. Will not stop here again can go 2 blocks away, drive thru DD, and get iced de-caf. A while ago, I drove thru this Starbucks and (again) was told CV i could not get hot de-caf around 2 pm on that day. Wrong!!!!

Whenever I'm on this side of town. I just have to have Bel Loc Starbucks. There coffee is really brewed perfect
