I was thoroughly shocked with how good the Birria quesadilla was due to it being made in the truck. The best I've had in the area, even from other restaurants. The Guacomole was delicious and had a very nice spice to it. My only hate is the container the consume came in. A styrofoam cup would've been so much better.
(This review is from visits in August and September of 2021 and September 2022) - This truck frequents the Annapolis Food Truck Fridays spot. The birria tacos were delicious. The meat was tender and the tacos were quite full. Make sure to dip them in the broth! The queso dip was cheesy and I loved the chorizo. The quesadillas are a favorite of mine. Very good food! This food truck was at The Brumwell's Flea Market. They have actual ground beef tacos & taco salad which was hard to find here in Pasadena. The flea market has closed but I just found out they have opened their own restaurant called Don Pancho Mexican Grill on Mountain Road. Good authentic tasty food!
