I only go to this chipotle when I’m having to good of a day, and need it to be ruined by garbage food. Each time I try it, it gets worst. Taking the extra few minute drive to other locations is worth it.

My family loves Chipotle so we tried many times to give this location a chance. But they continue to screw up every single time. Getting orders wrong or the bowl half filled. Tonight my husband goes inside to order because the app isn't working (we almost always order from the app) I thought maybe this is good so he can supervise them making our food and maybe for once our order will be correct. First thing we order is a quesadilla for a child and guess what, the guy tells him you can only order a quesadilla from the app! My husband was litterly standing there staring at the quesadilla shells but they refused to make one unless he magically gets the app to work!! Fix your app, fix your customer service, and hire some people who can make a damn buritto. Back to driving to the Severna Park location for us!

Waited so long for this to be local, and I’m planning to drive the next town over if the craving strikes me again. No line at 12pm says it all. Not busy but the preparation of the food has been getting worse. Burrito bowl is a puddle and guacamole is brown. Black stuff all over quesadillas. Save yourself the disappointment for $40 and go elsewhere.

Skimpy portions - I realize that times are tight but you shouldn't have to ask for an actual serving of everything. They also screwed up our recent group previously - none of the items were right. Avoid this location like the plague.

I arrived at the store at 10:40 , it was myself and three other patrons. I know the store opens at 10:45 , but when you have 4 people sitting down in the eating area looking at the people outside I don’t understand. It was so unprofessional that could have been a hundred more dollars added to the toll of the register. Service was terrible I wanted double check and he says it a charge . Awww yeah I do eat from chipotle regular but not here I won’t , nor my coworkers with me . He was unprofessional.

Messed my order add sour cream when i am allergic to dairy and on the top of that they missed my chips on side. My bowl had only 4 pieces of chicken. I live like 15 min drive from there i can’t return it .
I work nearby and get lunch here often. 5/5 customer service, quality, and professionalism. So glad they opened. Best food nearby

Ordered online at 2 pm today. Literally no one else in this Chipotle so they were not busy, no excuse really to get the order so wrong. I ordered a wholesome bowl, so a salad. They didn’t even give me any greens. I asked for light rice, extra veggies. Most of this bowl is rice.
