Like everything else in today's world, dunkin has obviously downsized the size of their donuts and trying to find the creme in a creme filled is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Not worth it for what you pay.

Customer service was just horrendous. Man taking our order was rude and aggressive. I was amazed at how rude he was. Unacceptable. And on top of that the empanada I ordered came cold inside. I tried it right after I ordered. This was around 2:40pm on Sunday March 3

I like this Dunkin Donuts because its on my way to work everyday. The staff is friendly. Food is good. But when I went to get my large unsweet ice tea and egg and cheese croissant on 12/27/23 like usual I was appalling to find out the price had gone up a dollar overnight. It cost me $8.29 for these 2 items. That is way to high for me. Sorry Duncan moving on.

I was in line and witnessed a female employee accuse a little girl of stealing from the store. Which was proven that she didn’t by another employee. Just completely disgusted by her behavior, will not be shopping here anymore.

Donuts super dry, wraps were hard, coffee was cold and not what i ordered. Lady behind the counter said i needed to use the kiosk cause she was busy but yet waiting on a lady right behind, was said two times what i was waiting for 10 mins later i got my food but they still forget the donuts. So unorganized and bad customer service. Very disappointed.

The food was good ?, I had a bacon ? egg ? and cheese ? on a plain bagel ?. My drink was a Gatorade (cool blue) .The atmosphere would have been higher, but the place was packed? !!Parking: The lot may be somewhat small , but there is plenty of free parking right across the street .

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Dunkin' Donuts located at 111 Kenwood RdPasadena, MD 21122 I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years, but I will never be going back after my recent experience.On Saturday, May 28, 2023, I went to Dunkin' Donuts to order a coffee and a donut. When I got to the counter, the cashier was rude and dismissive. She didn't even make eye contact with me when I spoke to her.I ordered a large coffee with cream and two sugar, and a chocolate glazed donut with sprinkles. The cashier (becky) took my order and told me "two minutes", I waited for what felt like an hour but she never called me Finally, I went up to the cash register."What?" she said."I've been waiting for my coffee for like ten minutes ," I said."Oh," she said. "I forgot."She got up and went to get my coffee. Like five minutes later she handed me a ice cold coffee."Here you go," she said. "And here's your donut."She handed me a stale, cold donut.I was so angry that I almost threw the donut in her face. But instead, I just walked out of the store.I will never be going back to that Dunkin' Donuts again. The service was terrible, the food was disgusting, and the staff was rude. I would not recommend this store to anyone.I am also writing to corporate headquarters to express my dissatisfaction. I hope that something will be done to improve the service at this store. F*** you becky you slut!

I was at this location 20 minutes ago and the woman in the drive through, as she handed me my drink, asked me why I ordered it the way I did, asked me if I was on a diet, and then said so I wouldn't get bigger. I swear all I did was order my food, pay, and receive it. I hadn't said anything at all to this woman and she just said all this terrible stuff to me for no reason. When I called the manager he told me I was lying and that no one said anything to me. I will absolutely be escalating this with any franchise and corporate partners I can find but everyone in the Pasadena area should avoid this place at all costs.
