Amazing food. Great service. Even though it was busy at the time, our out of town guests had a great time.

Despite being very short staffed on a Friday evening, the waitress and manager were wonderful! She took our orders quickly, did so with immaculate customer service and deserves much more praise than I can describe in a review. The food was on point as well, no complaints whatsoever!

Microwaved food isn’t the only thing that went wrong with my visit.First of all, I asked for orange juice and coffee. I received water and coffee. The water glass had a mystery black speck of something floating inside. The orange juice didn’t come, so when my food came, I had to ask for it.When I looked at my food, I saw that the cheese was melted on top of my hash browns…AND on a corner of my eggs, which would explain why my yolks were fully cooked. This means they remembered the cheese at the last minute and decided to nuke it while it was still on the plate, which also made my “crispy” bacon very chewy. The orange juice I finally received was so watered down that it was almost undrinkable. Luckily, she also forgot to charge me for it.The gravy they served with the biscuits was almost inedible, as it lacked in flavor and the texture reminded me of pudding. The server didn’t check on me until the end, when she brought me my check. Mind you…there were maybe two other tables in the entire restaurant, so it wasn’t like they were busy. (Now I know why they weren’t.)After several minutes passed, she finally took my payment and returned with a pen that didn’t work, but since she disappeared again, I had t go through my purse to find a pen. I still tipped well because it’s not her fault that the kitchen dropped the ball and that the server was obviously not properly trained. And all this is why I have finally decided to stop being a regular. Just sad.

the staff is extremely nice, and the food is good, but twice now i've gone to this specific ihop, been seated fairly fast, and then waited. and waited. the last two times i went, i waited over thirty minutes for someone to come take my drink order, and i hate complaining about things like that, but the restaraunt was mostly empty. there weren't enough people to justify having to wait half an hour or more for service (twice) and ending up just leaving and going somewhere else.

Our table was clean, they seemed short staffed on a Wednesday, food was ok, coffee cups are 1/2 size of a normal cup of coffee, more for a budget one off

Everything was pretty bad. The bathrooms were disgusting. The waitress language barrier caused our order to be incorrect. The food was decent but didn't make up for the bathroom and incorrect order. I will visit the Ihop in Waugh Chapel because this one was not it!
