I had a party of eight. In the store there were two servers and one of them was ours. I needed the server three times and all three times I had to go find her. She never returned to ask us if we needed refills or anything else. We were the only customers she had the entire time we were there. The other server was very busy going back and forth between her party in the kitchen. Two of the three times we needed our server we asked the other server to get her for us. One of our orders was a salad and we had hair in the salad and I had to go find the server to replace it, which she did. The next salad we found more hair in the salad. We had to tell the server we wanted a manager it wasn't offered. The manager took the salad off the bill and gave us the employees discount. The manager told us they threw away the salad mixed and made new salad. We either leaders very frequently in the food is wonderful. However, the service is not the same everywhere we go. We visit the Lothian Ledo frequently and everything is wonderful.

I have been buying Ledos brownies for many years now. They've always been one of my favorite items on their menu. They were homemade and just wrapped in saran wrap but absolutely delicious. Recently I went to the store and bought one of the brownies and it now came in professional wrapping. I was told they were the same brownies. That is absolutely not true. I tried the brownie when I got home and it tasted like poison. I couldn't even eat it. It got tossed into the trash. What a disappointment. I hope they get this resolved.

Ordered the new Cheeseburger Pizza tonight. Was the worst I've ever had. There was no sauce cheese or toppings along the outside slices. It was like eating a piece of cardboard. This location has constantly terrible pizza and not up to Ledo standards. I know the Ledo brothers I grew up on their pizza in Hyattsville. They would have pulled their franchise

2nd time in a row this shop messed up my order. Asked for pre cooked bacon and did not have any on pizza when I arrived. Requested a hot honey Stromboli, got a regular Stromboli instead. Asked for no black olives on salad, black olives on salad....really disappointed.

Go the extra couple miles and just go to the Severna park location. Decided to try this one cause I hate Ritchie Hwy. Ritchie Hwy would've been much quicker tonight. Of course I see them putting my pizza in the box and something happened while doing that so they have to remake it. No acknowledgment of that. Just have me wait and act like nothing happened. Good times in Pasadena. Aka Mini Glen Burnie
