This location has significantly went downhill from the service to the quality of pizza. They used to have the best crazy bread....not anymore. They don't even answer the phone anymore. The kids that work here just don't care. A shame really. Was my goto pizza place for over 20 years. Guess all good things eventually come to an end.

Went into this restaurant. The guy behind the counter seemed very annoyed that we walked in and someone behind us walked in. My husband said he had called in an order for cheesebread and we wanted some hot and ready. I was reading the board above and saw something about little ceasars nation eclub and asked him what that was. He looked at me like I had 10 head and said what now more annoyed I pointed to it and he said I have no clue. I was like okay I'm interested what that is and he said I have no clue what it is. He went to grab our hot and ready and his coworker almost hit into him and he glared at her and she apologized and they both exchanged nasty looks to eachother. It was a very awkward atmosphere and you could feel it the moment you walked in.

Went to this location on the way home as it’s a good choice for a quick meal. Never had a problem before except I couldn’t order through the app & the manager insisted he couldn’t honor the price. Except he wouldn’t address me, he would speak to the employee helping me- & make him tell me. It was extremely uncomfortable for the employee, so I assured him I understood & that I appreciated HIS help. Then the manager with long stringy hair & what looked like gaming headphones on, gave me a ‘if looks could kill’ glare. It was noticeable enough my daughter asked to check the food for spit before we left. There’s no such things as customer service anymore.

Good for a quick pickup but the kids working weren't as attentive as expected. The thin crust was hard and dry and the cheese was barely warm when I got it home. But the pepperoni pizza was hot and fresh? Crazy bread is always a hit and this time it didn't disappoint.

The female manager whose name is slipping my memory right now, is SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS!! From the moment I walked in, the greeting was with a smile and the help she gave for just ordering a pizza was not only kind but genuine.

I'm non-binary and often dress androgynous. It is unacceptable that employees in this store snicker and laugh at me when I enter. One young man made a huge scene as though a clown had entered and went to go tell others in the kitchen that a freak had arrived and others came to see and laugh. All right in front of me. If this is how Little Caesars treats it's queer customers, I will no longer be coming.
