I did not get anything because I spent 2025 minutes in the drive-through and another 15 minutes inside and I got so tired of waiting and no one speaks English. No one even looked over there to see if I needed anything so the service is disgusting and horrible.

Ordered 2 10 piece Nuggets with sauces for both.Wife checked order at counter and No Sauces.Got sauces and walk out to vehicle.I asked her if my she seen my fries in bag.Checked Receipt.Paod for fries.No fries in bag.Wife walked back in and they gave her a large fry fir the mistake.We only paid for a small.Thats only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.9 out of 10 trips to any fast food place the order is either wrong or missing something I paid for.They don't deserve to be paid suck a high wage with such poor performance at their job.Its sad and annoying I have to help them do their job.

Please stop putting non-english speaking people in the drive-thru. I am not racist, I have nothing against non-english speakers, but there have been many times here when they don't understand what I had said then they just guess what I said and that leads to mistakes in my order, I have not reported this before but this is honestly getting infuriating, I ordered a number 7, I said "Number 7, two cheeseburger meal" she did not understand what I said and only put down one cheese burger, after getting my food I just left because I was hungry and absolutely done for the day. This is not the woman's fault she just simpily didn't understand me, this is management's fault for putting people who don't understand English all the time in places where they have to take orders and talk to people. Please fix this management, I want a correct order.

Need to hire better people just went there they had no clue what to do are order was wrong and I just decided to go to another
Worse place ever!!!Came to get breakfast Sunday, had a whole meal missing & other stuff. Called the store, spoke to I believe her name was Krista and was told that if I returned another day I would get my missing items. I returned the next day, Monday morning to get my items and someone with an important role on duty parked me & left me waiting for more than 10 mins which is CRAZY! When I returned to ask for my meal, she mentioned had forgotten I was there & was on her phone the whole time. I was furious and my daughter was running late for school. She made it a big deal after she was at fault for not putting all my items in the bag for which I PAID FOR.

Dine in was decent and wasn't too crowded at all staff was nice and made sure I had everything I need and correct order my food was nice hit and fresh restroom was decently clean and for my return next time, i wanna try the adult happy meal

Food is always on point, but they can never get coffee or tea right. Even after mentioning there is no flavor to the coffee, they still didn't get it right. The sweet tea is never sweet. This has been a repeated occurrence for months now.
