Food was good but served sloppily and they missed my bacon on my macaroni several times when I ordered online.

Food is good, Panera standard. The building itself is so run down and disgusting. Really needs a deep clean. Don't even dare to use the bathrooms.

A nice place for breakfast or a lite lunch or dinner. If you are hungry at lunch or dinner the portions are small.

The cashier Emily was very delightful. I wanted to try the charge sip beverage for the first time. She realized It was my first time, and offered me to try all the flavors. Truly personalizing my experience, and the team working alongside her was just as pleasant. Sat in the café, and the good customer experience was just as consistent for everyone else that came it.

Took the kids to this Panera for their valentines date and the cashier with the high blond ponytail went out of her way to make their double date miserable. To the point of blocking the restroom sinks at one point so they couldn’t wash their hands. The eye rolls over every little thing were disgraceful. Food was good but customer service was a bad joke.

I just picked up breakfast and had the best experience! The service from Olivia was fast and friendly. The food was good and the place was busy. Definitely will be back!

Yet, another AWESOME PB legacy location. Ample interior seating, especially booths with cushioned seats. Great people and service, as always! The newer and newest locations include drive-thru options. However, Panera has built its legacy upon the “home away from home”, cozy interior atmosphere. They’re the first (to the best of my knowledge) national franchise restaurant that offered FREE wifi, inviting you to take your time and stay awhile. I used to spend hours at the legacy location in Moorestown, NJ, for the food, warm atmosphere and good internet access that I didn’t have at home at the time. They’ve always been, and continue to be, a great option for small business meetings, family gatherings and hanging with friends. I’ve made a lifetime of good memories in Panera Bread booths… ❤️??Kid-friendliness: ALWAYS FAMILY FRIENDLY

Received notification that my pick up order was ready. I waited to go in about 2 or 3 minutes because last time it was "ready" it wasn't on the shelf. Same goes for this trip. Went to the counter, let them know. They asked my last name and handed me my bag, that was it. I said thank you, radio silence. A you're welcome goes a long way. Or even a smile. Customer service lacking.

Just came to grab a pickup order. They politely asked what my name was, I politely told them my name, then the associate goes "okay" and grabs my bag and puts it over on the shelf. I don't care that I had to walk over and get it off of the shelf. But they handed everyone else's orders to them at the counter, and then just went and put mine over on the shelf. Weird. Other than that, food is usually fine but sometimes the bread is hard as hell.

I can't comment on the food because I didn't stay to eat. The bathroom was so filthy that it turned me off. If the public areas are not kept clean, what is the kitchen like? I tried to talk to someone in store but staff were busy looking at their phones and ignoring customers. I've found this to be common at some Panera Bread restaurants and it isn't a good look for the brand as a whole.

Horrible food. I used to frequent Panera quite regularly until we moved to an area without one. Loved their food. Picked up takeout while visiting family. Got it home and couldn't believe how awful the quality was. The "roasted" turkey was a few pieces of what looked like chopped turkey. Not one slice. The bacon tasted like it was old - I took one bite and couldn't eat it. My mother's tuna sandwich was not on the bread she requested and had a very small smear of tuna salad on the bread. The ingredients were so sparse it was criminal for the cost of the food. I cannot believe how downhill the food quality has gone As for service the cashier barely made eye contact and obviously got my mom's order wrong by not entering the right bread choice. I excuse since the place was almost empty.
