Very disappointed in papa John's, you run a piday special buy regular large pizza at regular price and your supposed to get second large for 3.14 , no were on the app , no code to use, and most of all , people working in your store have know Idea about piday. You suck ! Always an issue with specials so we went to pizza hut, buy one get one free.

With instant order notification on when ur order is being delivered, I live 5 miles from this location and took the driver over 45 minutes to make the delivery. Food was cold and trying to get someone to answer the phone doesn't happen. Will not order again from this

Not sure if it was a slow night in the restaurant or what, but I ordered at 5:58pm, Pizza was delivered still pippin hot! Guy was here about 615. (We do live close). Pizza and cheesesticks are great!

Ordered over the phone, a well done extra sauce, Works pizza. On the phone I was told 10-20 min. Even though I was sure I would be waiting, I headed right out. 12 minutes later as I pulled in, our pizza was going into a box. Steam rising, I rushed it home. It was a seriously good Pizza! Heavy, hot and dripping with cheese and lots of toppings. It was our first time ordering a "well done" pizza. We loved the slightly burned crispy edges and would def order well done the next time!

I showed up to order a pizza at 11pm while driving by and the person working refused to serve me saying they only fulfill orders via door dash. Seems like a silly business plan if the location is open until 1pm. regardless I will never order from here again.

idk what’s been going on w this location lately. we order from y’all often. the past few times it just not the same. today we ordered extra cheese all over, and half with pepperoni, sausage, onions green peppers and mushrooms. When i opened the box it was clear the driver slammed his breaks or something causing most of the topping to shift, OK no big deal, i look closer while serving the plates and it appears there is no cheese at all on some parts of the pizza, the toppings were cooked into the sauce, not placed on the top (hence is why they are called toppings) … it was gross. They are giving me a refund which i am thankful for and i’ll keep trying Papa Johns bc they aren’t greasy like other pizzas but wow very unsatisfied these past few times at the quality.

Couldn’t manage to talk to a person when my order was late and the robot said it would take “337 minutes” to deliver. Ask to speak to a manager and the thing hung up. When it was finally on it’s way, half an hour late, mind you, it took over half an hour to deliver from the storefront that is 8 minutes from our house. The order was almost an hour late, I couldn’t talk to a person to get my tip back, my sick kid who can’t trick or treat on Halloween is starving, and so am I. Papa John’s is usually amazing customer service. We’ve lived all over the country and have had consistently terrible service at this branch. Done. Will be ordering from a different location in the future. If we even order PJ at all.I will grant the delivery person was kind and apologetic for the delay. It’s not his fault the store has no way to contact anyone. So I take back what I said about denying the tip.

I ordered a papadia and cheese sticks, both which come with a complimentary sauce. I paid for 2 additional sauces, and only got one. To make matters worse, one of the pizza sauces I got popped from all the air inside when I opened the lid, and it was rancid. The staff must have not dated them because it was clearly expired. The papadia tasted great but didn’t have extra mushrooms as I ordered. The cheese sticks barely had any cheese on them which is ironic. I added delivery instructions and the driver did not follow them. The estimated wait time was 45 minutes and it took almost exactly that so at least one expectation was met, although I’m surprised it even took that long since I ordered at 4:45 and I was only order #59 for the day.

I ordered Bleu cheese with my order and received like, 9 cups of ranch. Not one Bleu cheese. I ordered 4 pepperocinis and got 40, I ordered spinach on my entire pizza and got spinach on half. I get paid by the hour and not getting what I've essentially had to work 2.5 hours to afford is stupid especially since I paid for the extra cups and spinach on all of the pizza. Edit to add: I called the restaurant and the manager was more than accommodating. Very nice, very customer oriented. I appreciate her diligence. Edit: I've changed my review again. 40 minutes after calling the first time, there was no change. I was asked to put the 40 pepperocinis and extra cups outside and no one came and management had apparently changed hands. I called again and spoke to a different manager, a guy, who fixed everything immediately. Brandon is the only reason I will ever order from here again. Originally a 3/5, but Brandon fixed everything. Customer service is an 113/10 with him. If you don't develop that talent, I will take him at my shop in a heartbeat. Not even kidding.

Ordered on a very busy night and they missed a few things from my order and it took about 90 minutes BUT they made it up with a free meal for me when I called the next day about it. So 5/5 customer service to the manager!

Don't go there if you want quick food. Just a large pizza was 27-37 min wait, at 6pm. It's took an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. This was take out, not delivery.

Ordered 2pizzas wings, chicken nuggets at this store in Maryland while on trip. It was delivered cold. Everything and unlike other stores for example i ordered buffalo wings, these weren't submerged and cooked in sauce, They just squirted over the top. very disappointed. I think it was this location as ours is always good.

Over 30 dollars for a single large pizza to be delivered. Store charges a delivery fee, buy doesn't give that money to the delivery driver. Too pricey when there are cheaper, better options (looking at you carinis).
