Thought I’d give this place a try. Ordered a simple pizza. Nothing special and it took TWO hours to arrive. Not okay.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I can't comment on how the food is because I never got my order! Ordered online and got a confirmation with an estimated delivery time, then received another text saying the place is busy and the order window was extended 10 more minutes, no big deal at all. Got a text that it was on the way, the place is 8 minutes from my house. It was taking a while (half hour after the extended delivery time) so we called and the manager said that his employee put the wrong address in. Got an attitude and said he can have our order remade and out in 20 minutes but we didn't feel comfortable getting food from there at that point and ended up ordering Pizzq Boli's instead. Should be getting a refund through the Slice app in the next day or so (hopefully).

I have been ordering my food from this restaurant since last two years. The best part I like is their excellent service and food quality. They beat the price among their rivals in Pasadena. Their wings are yummy, we love their hand tossed fresh dough pizza. Cold cut subs are super! Last Friday, I had party at my home and ordered bunch of wings and Pizza, everyone liked it.

We tried veggie Pizza and wings. Both were really good. The owners are friendly and provide top notch customer service. They also add new and interesting items to the menu on a regular basis so do give them a try!

Please don’t waste your money here. Under new name and management, the food is gross. I gave them a second chance to make a basic ham and cheese sub, I was better off making my own. The only positive I will give the fries are great!

First and last time l will purchase from this place, l was shocked to see their version of boneless wings, it was as if someone sucked the life out of cut up chicken chunks, far from a boneless wing!! This is false advertisement!!! I ordered 2 orders of fries and only received 1. I called the shop and he went back and forth with me about he only saw 1, my order stated 2, the fries weren't good at all so l asked for him to just refund the difference back to my slice account. I haven't seen the payment yet. The pizza wasn't any good either, what a waste of money. Below is a photo of their version of boneless wings!! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!! 1st: the place is disgusting inside 2nd: they are RUDE!! & 3rd, I just placed an order online, they confirmed the order, took my money & closed the place! when we arrived it was completely dark! worst place I've ever been too oh & THEY DONT WEAR MASK WHILE COOKING OR BEING IN THE KITCHEN!

I wish I had gotten to try the food.Ordered delivery from this place at 6pm through menufy, at 730pm the delivery hadn't even left the restaurant.then of course the staff gets an attitude with me for wanting to cancel.remember folks, make sure you order your food 4 hours in advance apparently.

Worst. Food. Ever. We ordered wings with a request of extra crispy, the wings were raw. Ordered a cheese steak with no bread, the steak tasted like something other than beef. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend wasting your money and ordering here!
We found a high quality pizza for a family. My little kid loved wings here, we will revisit. Customer service was A++. Thank you guys keep it up.
