I used to order from here almost weekly. I would get Vocelli's at least 2-3 times a month.I slowly stopped ordering because wait times were excessive, food was showing up cold, and competitors were getting hot tasty pizza to my house faster, hotter, and cheaper.I had a craving for Vocelli's tonight after work and came home and placed an order around 530pm. It's almost an hour an a half later, I call to figure out where the pizza might be (I live 4 minutes away) and I'm told to wait another 10-20 minutes. That puts my wait time for two pizzas and a salad close to two hours. I try to be understanding, but now I've spent fifty bucks to sit around hungry for nearly two hours for cold pizza.I'm super bummed. A year or two ago they were THE BEST PIZZA IN PASADENA, HANDS DOWN.What happened, man?

2nd time they have failed! Last time we ordered it toom an hour, let i go because they were vusy. Ordered food again tonight at 7:30pm. 8:30pm; nothing. Called them and were told "food is on the way, the driver is out and it will be there soon". 9pm, nothing! Called again and found out FOOD HADNT EVEN BEEN PICKED UP BY THE DRIVER YET. It had sat so long they had to remake it so it would be fresh. They STILL had no ETA and the driver had yet to pick it up! Will never order from here again. Would give no stars if I could.

I ordered the Italian sub, and it looked delicious in the picture. I didn't know it was going to be baked warm. I didn't know the tomatoes and the lettuce were going to be so soggy, and the meat was going to be so greasy from it being baked. I asked for hots. No hots. Don't sell hots. I've ordered their pizza before and it wasn't too bad but the subs? Never again. Not good. And I ordered two of them! I'll give it two stars because the girl at the register was so kind.
Have ordered here dozens of times. Usually awesome. This burnt monstrosity showed up and was also stone cold. Very poor reaction from the manager on duty. Even worse response from the 3rd party delivery service. Sadly never ordering from here again38 dollars for a delivered burnt inedible pie.

Dominos, Pizza Hut, Pizza Ravens, Papa John's, Pizza City, Mr. Pizza & subs, Little Caesars, Vinzini's, Carini's, Marco's, Ledo's, Pizza Boli's, MOD pizza, Sbarros, Squisito, EVEN cicis pizza... so many other options... ordered a few times... always disappointed.3 years later and still trash people & food. And I guess the owner responded to this - I never would ever have applied here. But nice try on your response avoiding ownership on how trash you run this place.

We just called to place an order and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude, so rude we canceled the order and called elsewhere. Have people that actually like their job answering the phone, first time calling and will be the last.

It’s like this everywhere anymore but I ordered double meat and there’s not even the meat for one sub on my sub so I called and he informed be it’s already portioned out which it’s not his fault but this is horrible anymore over $30 for bread no matter where I go it’s sad .
