Worth the detour - had the birraqueso tacos. I wish I was hungrier, I would have ordered a second helping - or anything else off the menu.Clean, friendly staff, parking out front in a well lit shopping area. The flavor of a hole in the wall, with a more suburban experience. Recommended!
My daughter introduced me to this spot and I instantly fell in love. The food is pretty good, but the Elotes are my absolute fave! The closest I’ve ever had to one that has satisfied my taste buds as much as this spot was a spot in Cali. Delightfully delicious. My wife and I both ordered the fish tacos for takeout. It took 15 minutes for the food to be ready which I thought was reasonable. The fish tacos were filled with a tender and flakey whitefish. Lots of onions and cilantro. It also came with a Roja sauce and a Verde sauce and an accompaniment of diced tomatoes and more seasonings. My mouth was on a fire in a great way.
