I ordered 4 dark chicken kids meals with 1 sprite, 2 cokes and 1 chocolate milk. I was given the meals but the chicken had no skin on them. The Mac in cheese in 2 of the orders were not edible (mush). The kids drinks that were order, were not given but 2 bottled cokes, 1 bottled lemonade, and a bottle of Dasani water. I did not order water nor did i order lemonade. The 2 individual meals that were ordered had no skin on the chicken. This meal was $46.05. No one in my family want the food because it was prepared terribly and incorrectly, not to mention inedible. If this store did not have what I ordered then the employees should have contacted me to inform me, so i could have made the decision to just canceled the order. The store is not answering the telephone and I am requesting a full refund for these inedible meals. Also 1 of the kids meals only had 1 piece of chicken inside. I will never order from boston market again because this is the second time this has happened when ordering from this store in particular. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this issue and to refund me in full. Thank you!

Boston Market has really gone Down Hill! I went to this Boston Market Tonight and they only had a Few of the Sides. Not my Favorite sides so I left.I went to the Boston Market in Ellicott City yesterday and the Same thing!Product Shortages, no way. Plenty of Sweet Potatoes in Grocery Stores.This company will soon Bite the Dust if they keep operating like this.On Top of the Rediculas prices for the Juvenile Chickens they Sell.2023 Resolution, Save Money and Fix More food at home!

"Supply shortage" at this site too. Apparently Boston Market has a shortage that no one else has. You're lucky if they can serve a third of their menu.

12/17/22Can you please retrain your staff. The food is NOT good. I decided to take an extra drive to get a Boston market chicken instead of getting it from Giant. It was a bad decision. The chicken at Giant is now better. This is one of many occasions where the food has been terrible. The bread is undercooked. I just can't. Hoping for a revival because I love Boston market food.

This appears to be a low volume store, so food is sometimes fresh and other times stale and time dated. Had the baby back ribs the other day and they are NOT what I remembered. They tasted like they were boiled, no seasoning, no taste, no rotisserie flavoring...just bland and stringy. When the dark meat chicken is fresh, it's wonderful, but if it's stale cause of slow sales, it's hard and dry. Overall hit or miss.

Very bad experience. My 1st time ordering and it was Thanksgiving meal for 10. Gravy was mixed with water. Extremely watery. Ordered stuffing for 5 and salad for 5 but got salad for 1 and a whole tray of stuffing. My 1st and last time.

The service was no good. Me and my wife were ignored and treated poorly. The staff was on there phones. Their work efforts suck. I wouldn't bring a pitbull in that place again.

I want to start this off by saying the customer service was good.However the food is disgusting. The creamed spinach was overheated or obviously not being held at proper temperatures because portions on my plate were burnt.The Mac and cheese was salty!Most importantly the chicken was not properly cleaned!! The chicken was slimy and had fat pieces that are traditionally removed before cooking. I threw my food away and left.

Food was good, cornbread sucked though. I think they changed something and not for the better where that is concerned. It wasn't busy at all when we got there a little after 1pm, but it started to get busy while we were there. You could tell the food had been sitting for a while by looking at it. Biggest problem is that they charge ridiculous prices for sides and give you miniscule portions and the soda tasted awful (barely sweet)and most of the flavors were not available. THAT'S CRAZY!!!! Probably not going back anytime soon.

This location should close. The air conditioning is not working and the front door open. The food was awful and thrown away. The vegetables smelled when I opened the bag and the pie was spoiled. 0 is the real rating
