I heard the food here was really good! On the day my girlfriends and I decided to dine at the Pikesville MD location we were told the kitchen was short staffed and it definitely translated to the food we were served. The home fries were not tender, the grits were tasteless and very gritty (not cooked), the donut holes were dry, pork sausage was mushy and the apple juice hot. Thankfully our server Kimia was wonderful! Although our first experience was not good I’m willing to give it another try at another time!

First and last time. Very disappointing meals. $45 dollars later for the hotel below included free breakfast. The food had no flavor profile. We ordered out breakfast, and we both ordered from the seasonal menu. Ugh, my entre the southern hash with chorizo, which is more like bacon bits than actual saugage chunks, and it was so salty I couldn't finish my portion. My daughter had the grits and shrimp and ABSOLUTELY no flavor just bland. Last was the waffle that had no density and subpar flavor. Eggo thick waffle beats that waffle 1000 percent. Very disappointed.
Food is fine, but you must pay at the register where there is a long, very slow line that backs all the way to and blocks the entrance. Very annoying.

The food was great and I would return to another location though because the employees seating guests were not very pleasant and then we were told we needed to leave if we were done eating because other people were waiting to be seated and not in a nice manner I might add. Don’t go in if you want to eat by yourself. They try to get to eat at a “community table”. When you ask to eat solo, they sit a party of 2 & a party of 4 ahead of you. Even though you were there first. Hopefully when the owings mills location opens it will be better. The location up near Oaks, PA is amazing.Left this location, went over to Timonium, because I was still wanting one of their really good waffles. Happy to report, service & staff at Timonium location is just as good as Oaks.Seated immediately, they did offer the community table, as they walked me to a solo table, food delivered in 10 minutes, excellent food and service.
