This place used to be my go-to spot, but after they got the new hires this place went down hill. Most of the new guys over-cook EVERYTHING or don't speak english well. I gave them a couple chances to clean up their stuff but it's like everything got worse.TL;DR: They're slower, burnt my salmon, and don't understand English well.

Clearly this location is no longer the original Qwikway Japanese Hibachi. There must be new owners who drastically changed the flavor to flavor to some kind unknown nasty spice seasoning that seems to be a blend of possible adobo and all spice. A nasty mix. Yuck! We had to throw away the entire meal. This placed should be fined for misrepresenting the brand.

Been coming to this location for years. They seem to be under new management as well as new staff recently and the food was horrible. I went the other day and thought it was just a one off but I tried it again today and I couldn’t even finish the meal. It has a very off taste and the rice and noodles are dry. I won’t be going back anymore. A real shame

I have been coming to this location, religously, once a week for the past year. There seems to be new ownership, and I witness several questionable events while ordering take out.I ordered take out for my lady and I. I requested and paid for extra protein in my order of salmon. I was given 3 pieces of 1 oz salmon. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was given an extra oz of salmon. 4 oz of salmon is a normal serving of any type of protein. They tried to play me and break the 1 oz piece up to make it look like more. I called them stingy to their faces.That's not even the crazy part. The line chef was moving the plastice food cartons down the line with his cooking utensils, and went straight back to cooking.That is not even the crazy part. I was there at the end of the day. They were missing orders, and filling incorrect orders. I realized they were new to this, and had some empathy. In hindsight even more reason to leave this review.Thats. not. even. the. crazy. part. I saw one of the line chefs refill the rice cooker with contents from a black plastic garbage bag. What!? The white rice I was served was tough, luke warm, dry like its been sitting for a white.If the food was good, anything close to what it was when the chinese family ran it. I would not complain. If I got 5 oz of salmon on an extra salmon order, I would not complain. But THIS!? SMH.

I work in the shopping center and have purchased lunch from this place several times a week. I normally order in the building but decided to complete my order on DoorDash since I had a meeting I needed to attend to. After a while, you recognize someone’s face. I went to pick up my food from the shelf and was asked what the name on the order is. If they did that with every customer that grabbed a bag from off the shelf, it wouldn’t be a problem. But I have NEVER heard any of the employees ask someone the name on the bag to verify whenever someone picked up their order. You see customers go to the shelf, grab their bag, and walk right out the store without any employee asking any questions. Doesn’t make me, as a regular, feel good to see what I was questioned when no one else is. Fix that.

There is nothing fancy or refined about Quickway, but works for me. The food is nothing to write home about. The service is efficient, but that is about all I will say about it. The atmosphere is uninspired. Yet... when I am in the mood for fast food hibachi noodles... what I want is what I want and they do then well here. So yea... I may. Ot be proud of it, but I will be back and I look forward to it!
