Pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. They also serve vegetarian dishes and will veganize (omit egg, mayonnaise, fish) your food upon request.Some months ago, my family visited Sushi Sakura for lunch and ordered Japanese Vegetable Fried Rice, Vegetable Lo Mein, Cucumber Avocado Rolls and more. Everything was tasty!

The food was great! I was very disappointed, though, because the restaurant says it’s open until 8pm. My friend and I were enjoying our meal and around 7:15 the staff was getting antsy, and at 7:30 the owner came over and asked, since we were the only people in there at that point, if we could leave so that they could leave early. I’m at a complete loss.

First time here in a while. I went with my wife for a nice lunch. Moshe took our order and was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The food was great. We had the red snapper fish taco and these noodles (I think Udan) which were incredible. Service was fast and the place was spotless. Will definitely be back soon.

I love this place. I don't think I've ever had something from their menu that wasn't delicious. The poke bowls and fish tacos are stand out items for me, and make sure to try the fried Oreos at least once!! They are delicious.

Adequate but not great sushi******Update: Since I wrote this 2 years ago, it's under new management. The dishes are updated. The bowls are delicious with many choices. The sushi rolls are huge. Very happy it's in my neighborhood.
Ordered two orders of sushi, 16 pieces in total, 9 will remain. There just wasn’t any taste or consistant flavor? batter on the tempura was kind of soggy and mushy…wish it was better because everything looked great.

They were both really good.It’s been a while since I’ve been in Baltimore Baltimore has definitely picked up the game since last time I was here sushi Sakura is a great restaurant and a great addition to Baltimore Jewish community I will definitely be back in the future.
