First of all, Arianna was amazing! Kudos to her and her service! Not only friendly but attentive and on point!Food was fabulous! We ordered the Stuffed Rockfish and Broiled Flounder. Both were delicious! Only complaint...baked potatoes were extremely overcooked.Otherwise, our dinner was amazing!Loved the liquor store attached. Hubby found one of his favorites: Blanton's!

In the past the food has always been awesome. But the last two times there's been something wrong with the meal, the first time, their usually fantastic onion rings, were wet and kind of lifeless, tonight the potato chips were so stale. It was awful. I think they're better than this, and I hope they improve.

We've been in Don's several times and we've NEVER had an experience like we had tonight. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and all 4 of us were treated rudely as the waitress argued with all of us. I ordered a chopped steak and when she brought out a rib eye I told her I didn't order it and she said she "heard you say ribeye" and the other people at the table agreed with me. They heard me say chopped steak. She yelled, became aggressive, leaning over other patrons at the table and continued to argue with me and my friends. She gave everyone at the table each other's food and we sorted out who had what after she left. After she talked to the chef she brought me a chopped steak; declaring "I know you said rib-eye" in front of our party again. I literally was shrinking in my seat from humiliation. Can I add she was very loud and other people in the restaurant heard her? Instead of asking us all how our meal was she leaned over my husband to closely face me and said "so, how was the chopped steak?" in such an insulting voice my husband told her we were upset & to leave us alone. She snatched the plates in anger to prove her point. I've never been treated so badly before and my friends were horrified.

I couldn't tell you how the food was because we didn't stay. The place was not busy whatsoever. After we were seated, we waited for someone to at least acknowledge us, at least look at us. And waited. And waited. When we explained to the hostess why we were leaving, she was extremely rude to us. First, teach your servers to at least acknowledge a customer, you know, stop at the table and explain that you will be there shortly. Acknowledge their presence. And for the love of all that is holy, teach your hostess some manners!

Probably one of the nicest places we've stopped at while traversing the eastern shore. We had a good size group of older family members meeting there on a Saturday and we were seated in the bar and sort of sports bar side of the restaurant. At the time I didn't think about it and it didn't bother me enough to request a different table but I feel like our group would have had a better experience in the quieter main dining area. Granted that are seemed closed. Maybe only opens for dinner? Maybe it's left closed to cut down on areas needing to be serviced. Idk but we paid a fairly premium price for what we got and probably more than I've ever paid in a sports bar where no one in the group ordered any alcohol.Seafood is in the name I expected it to be expensive or at least more than my wallet wished to bear on this little Saturday outing and it was. That said, everyone thought what they had was good and it was.We had the mini crab cake appetizer and I'm not usually crazy about crab cakes. At least not the way some people are but the appetizer was very good. Probably the best crab cake I've had. Hot, fresh, a good amount of crab seasoned well, the highlight of the meal.

First off great service, thanks Samantha for your attention and friendly service. Food was good, crab cakes large with very little filler, just enough to bind the meat. Onion rings are fresh and huge. Cole slaw was tasty, creamy and favorable. Fried rock fish was done to perfection and not over breaded. Onions and cucumber salad are very good, not over acidic or vinegary, nice mild flavor. The turnip greens were silky and well seasoned. The place is very clean including the restrooms. Plenty of parking and they didn't jam everyone together, plenty of space to respect ones privacy.

Had the coconut shrimp and garden salad along with a Bloody Mary and water. Didn’t finish the Bloody Mary, but it was some of the best seafood I’ve had in a long time.
