This is a beautiful new store, very well kept and welcoming; so glad they moved to the neighborhood! I have had nothing but good experiences here with their kind staff and great ice cream!

Unremarkable factory made (not home made) ice cream. Came here for free birthday scoop of ice cream for family member. Bought second scoop @ $4.75. I don't mind paying for anything and the size and flavor of the scoop didn't match the cost. (See the photo to see the size). Tried Oreo and Jamaica almond fudge. Asked for cones on side and staff put the cones directly on the dirty counter. Ugh. Sugar cones tasted odd--difficult to explain --poor quality, crumbly and too sweet. Server basic and more interested in her friends who were there. I won't likely return unless offered a free scoop again. And even then I won't be in a hurry. Much prefer Sarah's Homemade or Jeni's for variety, flavor, ingredients and customer service.

BEAUTIFUL STORE! AMAZING SERVICE! Worker greeted me sweetly immediately when I entered, and seemed eager to help with anything I needed. Store was perfectly clean and organized, great environment to be in. Will be visiting again soon!

We had been disappointed when this BR had to leave Cabin John Village. We had been told it would reopen at Seven Locks, but when it didn't happen for a while, we feared it might never do so.So we're very delighted to find it here, still serving great ice cream. Understand, not every BR is the same. The ones that are half Dunkins just aren't nearly as good. This is the full-store BR, the type that is increasingly hard to find. The kind with the full array of BR flavors and tons of ways of serving. I find that the ice cream at this kind of BR just always tastes fresher and better than at the half-Dunkin ones.My opinion is that BR ice cream (at least at this type of store) compares favorably with its premium ice cream competitors, while offering lower prices. Pralines and Cream is still my favorite! But there are so many terrific BR flavors: baseball nut, jamoca almond fudge, chocolate peanut butter, etc. Still great after all these years.

For my daughter's birthday party, I ordered a frame cake with a neon theme. The owner was incredibly nice and kind, showing me different colors and explaining the cake thoroughly. Needless to say, we absolutely loved the cake! Thank you so much!

The space is really clean, but the customer service here sucks!!! Walked in with my husband and two children and 3 worker were leaning against the counter talking. Nobody spoke , welcomed us into the place or anything until I said hello. The two females walked away n the young man stepped up to help us. We ordered and he was friendly and efficient. My kids enjoyed there ice cream, but had we not promised it to them we would have walked out immediately!!!! For this to be a new store they really need to work on customer service. Won't be returning
If I could give zero stars I would. They have terrible customer service.I over heard this and it made me leave:This week’s deal was $1 kids size ice cream.A woman brought in her two kids in to get two kids cones.She orders them, goes to check out and it was $6. She inquired and they told her the deal was one per order. She seems crushed.She only had one phone, so she could only get the deal once and they were not very nice about this.I ended up walking out and going else where.I hope they learn that it’s important to be nice. Even when they have to stick to the “rules.”

This is a review for the new Seven Locks location. They have an ad for $.99 kid scoop. After we had received the ice cream they refused to honor their promotion and made us pay full price. Why pay for a Facebook ad and then not honor it?

This is a wonderful location they opened up! When I came everything was sparkling clean. The furniture was modern and comfortable to relax and have my icecream. I got a pecan vanilla flavor and it was amazing! The small size was perfect and more than enough icecream for me. The store attendant was also welcoming, kind and helped me quickly.
