40 mins to deliver the pizza and it was lukewarm. Gave the driver $20 for a $16 bill and he started to walk away. I asked for my change and he said, “No Tip?” I told him how long it took to arrive and that I was not happy. No apology or any remorse for being late. When I did tip him he gave me the most incredulous look. Poor customer service. Update: I contacted the corporate Twitter feed and got a very nice response saying that they would contact the local store and have them contact me. They also offered me a $10 coupon for my inconvenience. As of today and two emails from the corporate office I’ve yet to hear from the local store.
