Had a birthday party in Prince Frederick on a Sunday afternoon. Great fun, great staff. I'm not a Ledo pizza guy but the birthday girl is. Service more than makes up for the food. Everyone has always been great there every visit

Usually love going here but today mar 2nd from 120 to 200 pm was the worst experience I ordered fries and 12 wings fries were on the counter for 35 min before wings were ready the red hair white lady there bully her staff and blames them she blamed her cook for having fries served with the pizza instead of before she doesn't hold accountability she blamed her cashier for a box saying HH FOR HOT HONEY yelling at her like she did it when it was not a big deal whoever put her in charge needs to rethink she was drunk or something terrible boss and does not know how to treat her workers very disappointed I witnessed this

Just picked up 2 Crispy Chicken Ceaser Salads. Very generous portions and fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly and polite. The atmosphere is upbeat.

Pizza was good but when the cashier tells you that the new pizza guy "sucks" and some young guy in the back tells another worker that he has been there for 2 years and then calling that other worker a "BUTT EFFER" loud enough to be heard outside the kitchen, I have my doubts about the management of this location. It's definitely not a family restaurant. "Idiocracy" the movie is coming true where no one can communicate without demonstrating their less than adequate grasp of the English language. Deserves a zero for atmosphere. I will never return.

Had a less than pleasant experience but definitely a memorable one. We dined in and they were fairly busy when we arrived. Almost immediately we start hearing screaming from the counter from the manager Jess. Jess was yelling and belittling the employees in front of the entire dining room. She became so loud the entire dining area fell silent and we all collectively looked at each other in disbelief. Our waitress Gabi was very sweet and attentive and visibly embarrassed . Multiple customers made comments about the treatment from the manager. Food was alright. We ordered an appetizer of cheese fries that ended up coming out well after our food because the station was backed up. The staff are everywhere because they’re constantly being yelled at to do different things and the kitchen is a disaster.When we finally received the fries they were dry, barely had any cheese and looked well overcooked. Our waitress was kind enough to have them remake them which they turned out much better.The manager Jess was awful to the entire staff and showed no remorse for her behavior and acted as if nothing happened. We will not be returning to this location because of the absolute disrespect of management and poor treatment of staff. Do better.

Ordered take-out. Salads did not come with dressings. I did not want to take the 15-minute drive back to the store and requested that they refund cost of salads. The kind lady over the phone said that all they could do was refund cost of salad dressings and that it was "Robbie's" policy not to issue refund without seeing the salad without the dressing. Normally I would just let it slide but this location has been a repeat offender on messed up orders.
