I decided to try the new tomato basil BLT. I started to add extra bacon but didn’t because it was 3.00 extra so I took a chance and literally had a veggie sandwich. They don’t put hardly any bacon and still charge ridiculous prices. Them cutting corners is very noticeable and I’m not happy about it.

I usually have a decent experience at this location however lately there's been a shortage of the breakfast soufflé. Easily the best thing Panera has. I went at 9:30am and they were already out of them. Horrible.

I always stop for breakfast ordering online. So I ordered on the app and my order was sent to a wrong place I told the manager that I was waiting on my items but my order was sent to a different location she told the staff to make my order. I appreciate your guys!?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Honestly, I have a pretty high threshold but this place has repeatedly gotten my order wrong, left key ingredients off, and just has all around poor customer service. The store is super dirty too. This last time, I called to get a refund for the incorrect order and was told they can't give refunds over the phone; absurd in today's technological era. I wouldn't eat here if it was the last food on earth!

Order #983614138 on 9/29/23 to be ready at 2:09 pm. App order picked up at 2:10 pm, sandwich was cold and they put onions on it. Hot Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich doesn’t come with onions. Asked for utensils, none in bag. Needed spoon for soup. Disappointing visit. Called the store to bring to manager’s attention and no one answered the phone.
