Every time I go into the store I have to ask them to make mine fresh and not burn them. The pretzels are always burnt. The worker today told me that is probably not the right store too go to if I didn't like the way they are cooked.

Went in there and ordered hot dog pretzels and pretzel bites. Had to ASK for a fresh hot dog prwtzel instead of the ones that were probably 2 days old.We started eating the pretzel bites and they were amazing,until after 3 pretzel bites in they were All BURNT. shady yall!!

Came in after shopping until we dropped at 745pm! Surprised, they were still open. But much to our pleasure, they had pretzels still available. Ofc we got a batch of salted pretzels and cinnamon and sugar pretzels. Perfect for the ride home! Jake n kev

I visited auntie Anne's on my way across the bridge. The place was dirty with a family of flies. Limited napkins. Pretzels bites were inconsistent either rubbery or hard. I should've received a fresh batch. Lemonade was good.

Staff is super nice and friendly! I go in frequently because it's close to where I work and have not had even 1 bad experience since I began going several times a week for the last 2½ months or so.All of their pretzels and pizzas are cooked right there on the spot so they're always fresh...they have a good system going! Every employee has been so super nice and the owners are absolutely wonderful and definitely the type of people you would want to work for! I've been to several Auntie Anne's over the years but the one in the Queenstown Outlets has the best staff and owners out of everyone I've been to! I highly recommend this location if you are in the mood for a yummy quick snack of very fresh pretzels/pretzel bites!

Auntie Anne's in Queenstown outlet were great nice and warm and they were fresh. The same store in Martinsburg,WV Walmart are horrible they are not fresh what so ever plus they are hard. This outlet I only give them two stars !!!!
