I came to town to handle some business and this restaurant was suggested. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. It was myself and 5 other family members. We were seated and our waitress was Simone. She was SUPER attentive and AWESOME! I personally ordered the chicken wings (whole wings) with collard greens and white rice with gravy. The chicken and rice with gravy was great abs the collards were good as well, HOWEVER being from the south, we chop our collards up more and there aren't a lot of 'stems.' I definitely would come back to visit the environment was laid back and AGAIN our waitress was awesome! P.S. - I ended up ordering a ToGo Plate and was not disappointed. I ordered Catfish Fillets with macaroni and cheese with cornbread (not pictured).

The Philly Cheese Sub was served with regular cheap cheese. Had to request the Pavoline cheese which was brought to us on a plate. The waitress was working the bar. It took 4O minutes to get 2 Turkey and 2 Philly Sandwiches. To make matters worst the 15% gratuity was included. It must be a Maryland Law. Will not return for the DISTATEFUL food and SERVICE.

The food was amazing. I am so glad we tried this place. Mussels, crab dip and calamari were fantastic. The ribs and Alfredo and crab cakes were even better. Our waitress Autumn was so friendly as was the atmosphere. I will be back!!!

This was my second time there and I was not pleased neither time. Though I received great customer service, the food was not up to par, not to mention how slow the service was. My chicken wings all had hair on them and the cream of crab soup had a grit like texture, very greasy and had minimal crab meat. Let's just say I will NOT be going there again.

First time ordering carry out and it was excellent! Scallops were cooked perfectly! Steamed shrimp were also cooked perfectly and also deveined. Will definitely go back!

I usually don't get anything from here except smothered pork chops. Now I see why. I decided to get something different yesterday and it was an epic fail. I ordered what was SUPPOSE to be crab dip. Which cost me $12 by the way. Instead I received a bowl (which wasn't even a real bowl size and they didn't fill it up) of cream cheese with shredded cheese melted on top. THERE WAS NO CRAB MEAT ANYWHERE!!!! On top of that it tasted like horse radish. I'm absolutely discussed.

I went to the location in East Baltimore. Not only is the food great but they are consistent. Their staff is always friendly and attentive. My order is always correct and they are following the necessary safety precautions.

The stuffed salmon was cooked perfectly. ?? Green were really good too. Seasoned nicely and not too soft. Mac and cheese was salty. The cornbread was dry and hard. Maybe I just had an old batch. I would still eat here again.

I am from Memphis TN. The food capital of the nation. This place here is southern approved. You will get EXCELLENT customer service and great soul food that has the REAL southern flavor. I been in Maryland for 18 years. This is the ONLY restaurant that’s Black owned that can actually cook real traditional southern soul food style. I love it.

Food is always fresh and good...staff is always courteous...wasn't happy with the bowl size portion of new England clam chowder...it was way to small for $9.00 it was the size of a cup.
