I lost my wallet and tried to use my virtual card . The lady named "Bridget" said she couldn't do it. I ended up ordering my food online while at the restaurant. I mistakenly hit the delivery option. When I told her about it and showed her my receipt as proof that I paid for my food she refuses to give it to me. Even though I am right in front of her , she was very belligerent so I left. When I got home I found out she cancelled my order without letting me know.

I order a 5 piece with to side of mash potatoes and gravy with my chicken spicy they only got me a 3 piece and mash potatoes was cold and watery and the bisket was hard tired call them and nobody would answer I don't drive came in a

I will not be returning back to this pot pies had three bad experiences today topped it off went through the drive-through need to order it cost $14.70 when I got up to the front I gave the lady a $20 bill she said she did not have any change I had to round up $15 then she took my change and dropped it on the ground and said oops sorry and close the window then I found out she was the manager that made it more shocking how can the employees improve if the manager is worse than the employees are usually try to support the community I am in but I'd rather go several miles away to get good customer service then to deal with people that do not value their job or the customer that is paying them the sad part is it was the manager that did not care and had a attitude heavyset African-American lady that didn't even care enough to give me my change in my hands this is America now sad

Haven’t been to this location for a while, its busy when I went but the crew did a good job keeping up with the orders for drive through and over the counter transactions. Love their flounder fish sandwich, classic chicken sandwich, strips and fries.

The Manager at this particular location is extremely rude, her name is Dana. I ordered 2 dine-in darkened sandwich orders, the combo and I was supposed to get 2 sauces. One for each order. When i got my food and i got to the table, i realized that they didnt give me any sauce atall. Then i approached the manager who was attending to customers at the time, and asked her for my sauces. She gave me one and rudely asked me to pay .41cents for the second one. I explained to her that I paid for 2 combo orders and as a result I was entitled to 2 orders. She started yelling at me and threatened to call the cops on me. I had to leave, so i dont become another Floyd. All because im a black man trying to eat in the restaurant. They would never do this to a white person. Had a white man approached dana, she would have promptly given him the sauces. I am terribly disappointed and gutted by the way i was treated by this location. Pls don’t go eat at this restaurant, if you value your mental health and sanity.
