I’ve been coming here for years but this will be my last time. They never follow simple directions, all I asked is to toast the bread hard, and yet again I got soggy bread again. Another time I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza online and I was given pepperoni and mushroom. Like how do you confused the two? It makes no sense, they’ve been in business as long as they have and can’t do basic things right. If you want trash food and trash service this is your place.

They sent me a cheeseburger sub instead of a cheesesteak like i ordered. I called to let them know at 11:30 am their response to me was it’s superbowlDay they’re busy they are not sending me corrected food. The game doesn’t start until 6:30 they are not that busy. They refused to refund me or correct their mistake. Very rude very unprofessional and VERY RACIST! The way they spoke to me was disgusting. And i never once cursed or yelled at them. They do not honor their customer service nor their customers money. Things cost too much for a passive attitude for something that the BUSINESS got wrong. I disputed my charge with my bank for my money back. they even said what’s the difference between the cheeseburger and cheesesteak. Like what? If i wanted a burger i would’ve ordered that. The food I did receive looked DISGUSTING! soggy bread, overcooked burger. Do not order from here.

I have never been to Maryland, I was visiting my family friend and he told me about this hidden gem. I had personally met the owner and chef and they all are so friendly and professional. The food quality is just amazing and the price is reasonable given the area this restaurant is located at. The ambience of the store is super friendly and you will definitely go back after you have tried their food once.I would highly recommend this place if you around the area.

On Friday 11/24, I called New Ravens Pizza via phone, I order a pizza special it was 2 large pizzas with 1 topping, 10 buffalo wings and a 2 Liter Soda. My wings arrived with no sauce at all.The price as listed on their website is $27.99. They charged my card $42.47. After recognizing the charge, I called them back and the manager Tammy was very rude, she kept trying to talk over me and told me that the special had expired but and she tried to offer me a $5 credit. The special is listed on their website. She refused to refund me the difference.
This is my second time placing an order for a sub from them and receiving it and it was ice cold! The fries were old cold and rubbery. They put raw onions on my sub after I specified fried onions because they did the same thing the last time.
