Nah…I don’t mind the ugly, cluttered waiting area, lots of Chinese takeout is like that.I don’t mind the long wait, I’m a patient guy.I do mind eating the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Worst Chinese food ever! I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they pulled nuggets out of the freezer and they fried them and put the sauce in the side instead of mixing it with the chicken and it tasted freezer burnt. And the wonton soup was pretty nasty . Never will I order from there again . I hope I don’t get food poisoning from eating that nasty food .did not want to leave recommendations but had too in order to post . I do not recommend anything from that place . Does not even deserve a 1 star rating

Food was decent, I liked the lady who brought out my food, but the atmosphere is kind of trashy. It's just a hole in the wall type of place.

I drove from Olney to Reisterstown to buy and pickup a TV and decided to eat here because I thought this China Jade is another store location or of a chain related to China Jade Rockville, which I regularly go to, though they said the two China Jade restaurants are not related. Regardless, I was happy with the food here, was fresh, tender and neatly prepared! I ordered American-Chinese take out: beef fried rice, beef and broccoli, lomein, and kung pao chicken. hat are a variety of combo options. It's hard to find high quality Chinese food in Reisterstown area, and China Jade is one of them. If you're in Reisterstown, give this family-run establishment a try!

Staff was polite and apologized, but our carryout order was 25 min late.Spare ribs were overcooked and the beef and broccoli was mostly broccoli. Orange chicken was way to sweet. Fried rice was good, well cooked and had lots of onions.

Haven’t even gotten to eat the food yet or see it. Been told 15mins, we come back in and been told to wait for one more min. it’s now almost been an hour waiting for 4 large soups. Other customers around us are complaining about the same time problems. If you order here just be ready to wait for an hour for your food apparently.

Ordered take out for the first time. Order was not correct. Instead of Chicken fried rice I got chicken lo mein? Fried chicken and egg rolls were cooked so hard. Normally order from Rice kitchen but was trying to do something different. Delivery guy was really nice.

It's hard to find in the Main Street a good Chinese food that is affordable & delicious. Looking forward to coming back.

Never will I ever order from this place again. The people are rude as hell and don't understand English and gave me very spicy food that I can not eat. I called the next day to try to get my money back and the woman was rude and I explained that I threw the food away and delivery driver was also rude had to keep repeating myself. I found a long strand of black hair in my food. I hope that they get shut down.

Ordered from them by phone and they sent what they wanted to send. Not what we wanted. There was only 3 items and one was a coke. The coke was the only thing that was right.

Will be contacting the Health Department about this place. The cashier gave my order to another customer initially who in turn rifled through my bag to realize she hadn’t ordered chicken wings. Cashier then handed it to me and upon inspecting the food not only was the chicken out of the paper wrappers and exposed but I realized they tried to serve my kids and I uncooked chicken wings. I ordered 2 orders of 4 piece wings with fried rice and in each order we received 3 uncooked wings and 1 over cooked drumstick. When I asked about the drumsticks and our missing wings I was told they had ran out and the cashier proceeded to convince me to have them recook the same wings for a longer time. She tried to go through my bag with her dirty plastic money handling gloves to pick up the unwrapped wings to re-fry them. By the way my kids and I waited for over an hour and the cashier disputed giving me a refund for 10-15 minutes before finally voided my sale. I’m pretty sure they served the food from my order to someone else. Not trustworthy establishment. Absolutely horrible and frightening experience!!

If you're looking for good Chinese takeout, China Jade is a solid choice. Not the fanciest place but the food is consistently good. It's never busy and the wait is reasonable.

Ordered in and automatically had issues ordering and with the address, then it took over an hour and a half to two hours get here and we had to call to remind them that we ordered.
