Ordered whole wings and fries two times , and both times the wings were completely burnt and had. They don’t know how to fry chicken wings or fries!

Sometimes, when you go to a hole in the wall restaurant, you find a gem. This is not the case with Pizza Wings & More. I had a disappointing experience at this place. The guy at the counter seemed unfamiliar with the menu, and the basic sauce I picked for the wings was bland. The fries were underwhelming and lacked proper frying. Thankfully, ketchup helped salvage them. The wings were on the hard side, and overall, it's not a place I plan to revisit.

Cheesesteak sub hardly hardly and steak. Gravy for fries was ice cold they made both sandthat I ordered the same when they were different.

Food is good...service is very VERY subpar. Apparently the policy for delivery is over 4 miles they don't deliver. I live exactly 3.8 miles away...a 10 minute drive. I'm not sure if they just don't feel like driving tonight? Several times the phone operated p it me on hold to go "ask someone"..each time coming back to say that I didn't match policy... The policy says over 11 minutes or 4 miles then no delivery. I live 10 minutes (3.8 miles) away. At some point either follow the policy or juts say you don't wanna do it. Either way, that's not following your own guidelines; they have never given me good customer service even when placing a pick up order...definitely deters me form eating here again.
I’ve order over a dozen time from this place however everytime my food is delivered something is missing moving forward when addressing these issues the customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered will not be ordering anything else from ths place I wish I could give 0
