This is my first and last visit to the subway. I know it’s early, actually 1145 and I came in to order my sandwich. Unfortunately they did not have tomatoes when I get to the register I see the tomatoes sitting next to the register and I say oh great you have tomatoes can I have some. He says no it’s going to take me a half an hour to cut the tomatoes. ?

They don't accept their own company's printed coupons. I'm no fool. This is done so that by the time you get there, you end up paying full price because they figure you're not going to download their app on the spot.Edit: they don't accept coupons through the app either

Staff put 1 slice of meat on my sandwich and then stood there and tried to convince me that was all my sandwich was made with which is completely inaccurate.Then tried to give me hard old cookies . When I asked for the manager the employees suddenly didn't speak English.

my experience was horrible and i will never spend money with subway, the company again! this is why we have jersey mikes, firehouse subs near security mall, jimmy johns in owings mills, wegmans in owings mills has a station that makes way better subs than subway, charleys cheesesteaks are good ...anything is better than this horrible establishment ) the customer service was horrible, the man at the register called me a stupid bitch because i got mad at them for questioning me about my order and accusing me of trying to steal food. when i came in and stood at the pick up/cash register area and the 2 grown men employees looked at me and kept doing what they were doing....when the guy finally walked up ( he didn't greet me or anything he was just looking) the first thing i tell him was my first and last name ( which are both on my order) and that i was picking up my order for 3 foot longs. the online app told me my order was ready and i went in about 4 minutes after the app told me the order was ready. this order was for my mother in law and i had to get her food to her before going to work, the app said the food would be ready at a time that worked for me and unfortunately the order was not even ready when i came in. once i finally got my order after being harassed by the employees who accused me of attempting to steal food, i go to walk away and the bag ripped and my 3 foot longs are on the floor. so i have them put my food in another bag as i proceeded to explain to them that you do not treat customers bad because of something your store is doing wrong and the employee that called me a stupid bitch, was fussing and going back and forth with me because they treated me wrong and i returned the energy. there is no way for someone to come in and tell you the name on a order and what a order consists of and it's not their order. i am disgusted at how i was treated and my order was also made wrong. i paid for more meat and the sandwiches have less than a normal amount of meat. i have photos and will be showing the store the sandwiches tomorrow. i am so upset because i liked subway but this is disgusting. and instead of apologizing for my order not being ready when they said that it was, they accused me of trying to steal something i paid for. the employee told me to " just take the food" and i let him know i was not taking anything, i paid for it, and i told you the name on the order and he acted like everything was ok....then spoke to the man who was making my sandwich in a language i do not understand then said he needed to see my app or order confirmation(the app does not say make sure you show the restaurant your phone or app in order to receive your food!)there needs to be a real system im place for pick up orders before you lose another family of customers. i am going to tell everybody that i can about this situation to make it known how subway operates! they steal money(because this is not the first time i paid for extra meat that i never got)and they are disrespectful to paying customers, and possibly serving vegetable scraps because they're cheap, i have tomato ends that are scraps but instead they cut it to make it usable! i don't know what could be done to change how i feel after that horrifying experience!

This Subway is well run. The people are professional and friendly. The place was clean. The new spicy Italian baguette is so good. I never really ate at Subway but my husband suggested we try it.

we love subway for its freshness and healthy fast food options. we even get subway sandwiches when we are in austria. but the steak sandwich my husband got from this location impressed even us the long time subway customers! it was super tasty! one of the best subway sandwiches we have ever gotten! the place looked brand new and clean, cozy! and Bre who made us the sandwich is such a joy with super positive attitude and vibe! and she knows her stuff! keep up with the good work, bre!

Great experience. Im so use to no one knowing how to actually wrap the wraps. Now..this guy didnt either but teamwork! The lady coached him on how-to. The veggies were fresh..the wrap was perfect and she even warmed my cookie for me! Great service!
