I had seen a few reviews of 2Fifty Texas BBQ from Mr. Chime Time and Big Schlimm on Instagram. The former's review was lukewarm, and the latter was spectacular. Given that they were mixed, I was fully ready that there might be a chance we would be let down by our visit. I hate to expose this place but.....this is some of the BEST bbq I have had in life....definitely the best in Maryland. I went for the first time on sunday....today is Thursday and I happily drove 30 mins away from home to sink my teeth into this goodness!!!!

Super kind and helpful staff and food is 10/10.Had brisket sandwich, tried the cheddar sausage, and had a banana cream pudding. I forgot to even try the bbq sauce cause the brisket doesn’t need it. Good Texas bbq. Can’t wait to try other meats.
