Bageltowne Delis is a family owned restaurant and my favorite breakfast place! I always have great dine-in experience there as all age groups from kids to gentle seniors enjoy their time while having best bagels and other dishes!

Take my reviews with the knowledge that to get a five star it has to be perfect. We visited on a Sunday morning around 10am and there was no line and about 3 tables taken. Nearly all the bagel options were all gone. Most of the tables were available, but we could only find about 3 that weren't dirty. Service at the counter was polite and efficient.Food was as anticipated, good enough bagels, not the kind that you have to chew into and pull hard to snap off a bite. Bagels are easy to bite into. I was pleased that I was given more than enough cream cheese, possibly too much! The cappuccino was also as expected. $9.05 for large cappuccino and a plain bagel with cream cheese (March 2024).

Best bagels we have found in the area. My kids love blueberry bagels and I call ahead and they make me a dozen or two. Lovely people and great bagels.

I like this place's bagels and sandwiches a lot. However, last time I went I just wanted a small snack on the way home and ordered a couple bagels with nothing on it. The owner asked if I wanted cream cheese, or butter, or jelly and when I said no to all he kind of gave me the side eye, which I didn't appreciate. Other than that, I'd recommend this place if you live or work nearby, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

Probably the worst bagels i've ever tried. And i didn't know bagels and cream cheese could taste so bad. Tried their egg salad and all i tasted was pure salt. And they charged me so much for it. Waste of money. and there's always a teenager with attitude working at the register. Do not recommend this place.

Excellent tunafish and chicken salad. Expensive but worth the price.

Wide variety of bagels, spreads, meat, veggie topings... plus eggs and cheese!

Ate here (takeout) for the first time because it appeared on a Yelp! collection and I was in the neighborhood, so I figured I'd try.9:45 am on a rainy Sunday morning, perfect time for a bagel! I was around the corner from BagelTowne Deli and had a hankering! So I decided to come on down to BagelTowne! (Apologies to Guy Fieri!)Attractive store with easy parking in an upscale retail development. Seating area is pleasant, and everything seems clean. Ordering process was a bit odd, it was unclear where the line starts/ends. All the action is in front of the registers, there is a long line-waiting area coming from the door from the parking lot, but there is no menu there, so if you were waiting in line you can't see what items to order.I knew what I wanted before arriving (Everything bagel toasted, nova lox, cream cheese, tomato, onion) and there it was on the menu. Short wait, easy to order one item to go.As I waited I observed a bit of confusion in the order fulfillment process. There are online orders, phone orders, catering orders, and it seemed like one interfered with the other to the consternation of the staff. Workers did not seem friendly and happy, they seemed annoyed, confused, unsure. My order did not have a number or a name attached to it, so I was wondering how they would figure out who I am to give me the order. After a brief wait, a worker calls out "nova lox on bagel, was that to go or for here?" and looked in my direction (I was the only one waiting around). I had ordered to go, item was prepared to dine in. No big deal, but it confirmed my suspicion that workflow had not been thought through.I took my bag and went home, made coffee, ate my bagel sandwich. Good, nothing wrong with it. But compared to some other local establishments and those in the NY/NJ area (see my other reviews), not in the same league.I can see returning, but I would probably go back to my favorites even if it means going out of the way a bit.Summary: location 3, service 3, atmosphere 4, food 3.5, for an overall 3.

Always fresh, hot and delicious bagel breakfast sandwiches!! Every time! The French toast is good and both visits we've enjoyed a freshly prepared omelet! Bagels by the dozen and cream cheese by the lb. never disappoints and they'll slice the bagels for you, too! This place also sells pastries and sandwiches!! Always great service and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Shop and Dine Local and spread the word!
