Walked it to pick up online order it took a moment as the teenagers/employees where having a good time giggling. Once got the food and got home the boneless wings were not fully cooked. I will never go to this establishment again. I used to be a go to spot not anymore. Managers need to manage or the teens you hire will just treat like a hangout which it is.

Do not do eat here, or order from here. They forget at least one item Everytime you order from here. The last time they forgot sauce for the wings, dressiyfor the salad dressing, dipping sauce for the fried pickles, and milk for my son's kids meal. This place should be shut down, dine in experience was horrible here also. Took 30 minutes to get drinks and another 30 until they got off there butts to take out order. Management and every employee here should be canned. Will need to write corporate to make any changes

Kweku took very good care of us at lunch. The food was hot and freshly prepared. The bird dawg menu description didn’t mention hot sauce but it was prepared with lots of it. Kweku noticed smoke coming out of my ears and served up some cold milk, which was so thoughtful and really helped. Hopefully he will be our server again in the future. The men’s room had no soap shortly after the restaurant opened for the day. The place was very cold so that we ate in our jackets. The music didn’t need to be so loud for weekday lunch when there were few customers. The many tv’s gave us lots to look at.

Wings burn your fingers because they are served way too hot. And they come drenched in sauce. But what really set me off was the parking situation at Rockville Town Center: $4.00 for 37 minutes. Our waitress assured us that the first two hours of parking were free. That's a lie. When I returned to ask about this, I found no one working except a bartender, who feigned ignorance (or maybe she wasn't feigning). Not for nothing about a third of Rockville Town Center stores appeared vacant. No one likes to be knuckled and dimed. I'll never go back.

when you place the order online they tell you that your order will be ready in so long, you arrive ten minutes after the agreed time and they are still preparing it and they make you wait 30 more minutes for your order and not even with 40 extra minutes do they have your order ready, then it makes no sense to place your order online, to only go to pick up, if you have to wait the same time as if you placed the order right there at the restaurant!
Poor service. Forced tip. Had to ask for the drinks that we ordered. My daughters food did not come. Had to ask three times for it. Was forced into using the app and then a huge tip was automatically added. Avoid this place.
